I have a long dryer vent and awkwardly placed out vent, so I wanted to hire a professional company to clean out my dryer vent as opposed to attempting to do it myself. I picked Dynasty Ducts based on their high review ratings. I called Friday morning, they were able to get me an appointment the following Monday afternoon. The crew did excellent work and even explained some additional items to me about my system. They arrived early to my appointment window and there were some troubles with street parking, which had me a little frantic trying to solve as I was coming home from work to meet the appointment time, but the team handled everything in a professional, polite, and friendly manner. I will definitely be using Dynasty Ducts again.

They do pass the credit card processing fee onto the consumer (4%), but they accept checks and Zelle for no additional fee.

The crew arrived on time and got the job done quickly. They were very honest and let me know that my dry vent doesn’t need to be cleaned as often and even checked my air ducts and told me that they can wait to be cleaned a few years later. I was referred to Dynasty Ducts by a LG customer service professional. Jamie was my point of contact at Dynasty Ducts. He spent approximately 30 minutes with me on calls/texts regarding a venting question. He would not take any money via venmo, but instead requested a review. This was my first impression of Dynasty Ducts and will definitely call them the next time I need assistance with a dryer vent.

Dynasty Ducts should be your choice. Do not trust any other duct cleaning company in Atlanta for a dryer vent cleaning. I did the research and even received other quotes, but I was most impressed with Dynasty Ducts for their knowledge and professionalism. I hired them for a dryer vent cleaning, but they went above and beyond and informed me that my dryer was installed incorrectly(brand new dryer) and was at risk of causing a fire. They correctly installed the proper dryer hose and now my machine works perfectly. Do yourself a favor and stop searching and use Dynasty Ducts.

Dynasty duct was very professional and helped me find an issue with my exhaust vent left from a different contractor.
They didn’t charge me with the consultation and were more than happy to help me build our case to take to the HOA.
Would for sure use again if possible.

My husband and I recently moved into our new home, and we were having issues with our dryer venting properly. Jamie and his team were informative, professional, and knowledgeable. It turned out that not only was my dryer vent completely clogged with lint, the dryer was not properly installed by the previous homeowners. Jamie was able to thoroughly clean out the vent and reinstall our dryer with the proper hose. They then made sure to clean up the laundry room afterwards. I would greatly recommend their business.

Called Dynasty out for a dryer duct cleaning, turns out we needed a new duct to comply with code, they were able to get it scheduled, bring out a roofer and get everything done within a day! Highly recommended

I can only say great things about the service I received from Dynasty Ducts. Starting from my initial quote and Jamie being so patient with my 22 thousand questions. The gentlemen that came out Justin and Jake were polite, professional and thorough. They talked about all the steps, made sure all of my questions were answered and even removed an old filter that had fell in my system.Also, they clean up behind themselves… a plus! I called the company, and customer service got to the phone immediately. I have a big office and we had a big heater mess. Most of the quotes we got from other companies ended up being dishonest, and didn’t fix our problem. Dynasty Ducts sent their team and showed us camera footage and explained exactly what the problem was. The price was fair. They worked fast and clean. I already scheduled my touch up with them next year. Happy to know there is some honest service out there.

Jamie the owner was terrific. Sean assisted him and was also excellent. Both men are former military and trustworthy. We were able to come and go as our schedule dictated and they worked for 7 hours. The price was fair and reasonable.

Jamie was really quick to schedule us and helped us with a dryer vent that was really clogged. We then hired him to come back and clean all of our Air vents. I really appreciated how he showed us pictures of our vents and what they looked like before and after cleaning. Jamie is a great guy. I chose this company based on the reviews. The reviews are absolutely true! Jamie is professional, helpful, punctual and overall great to work with! I had my ducts cleaned because I was tired of dusting daily. Jamie showed me what my ducts looked like before and after, explained the process and how often to change filters. I really appreciated how helpful he was and professional they both were. I would highly recommend him!

Awesome service, expertise and knowledge. Came out and rebuilt my dryer duct/vent and it's amazing how much better my dryer is running! And I know that it is done the right way, they were very thorough in their explanation and their work. The pricing was fair and overall I am completely satisfied. I contacted a few companies and Jamie the owner was the only one who came out to assess my ducts (which I admit I've never cleaned before). Great timing, as he detected mold starting to form. I realized right away that he is an expert and very honest in his work and that I had no reason to look further. Jamie and his team are incredible! They’re extremely knowledgeable, professional, and kind. In addition to providing the services, Jamie was willing to explain the process and help us learn for the future. He and the team also send videos of before and after cleaning so we could very clearly see how drastically their work improved our home AC system. They’re also very up to date on the ever-changing standards in the industry. Highly recommend and will use Dynasty Ducts again!

Jamie and Oscar came out and helped me clean my dryer duct and were super knowledgeable and professional. There was a construction issue causing a blockage in my duct and they were able to not only clean my ducts but repair the issue in full. Super happy with my service (and dry clothes 😊).
