I have a long dryer vent and awkwardly placed out vent, so I wanted to hire a professional company to clean out my dryer vent as opposed to attempting to do it myself. I picked Dynasty Ducts based on their high review ratings. I called Friday morning, they were able to get me an appointment the following Monday afternoon. The crew did excellent work and even explained some additional items to me about my system. They arrived early to my appointment window and there were some troubles with street parking, which had me a little frantic trying to solve as I was coming home from work to meet the appointment time, but the team handled everything in a professional, polite, and friendly manner. I will definitely be using Dynasty Ducts again.
They do pass the credit card processing fee onto the consumer (4%), but they accept checks and Zelle for no additional fee.

I'd suggest anyone interested in this company read the owners replies to negative reviews. That sums up who you'd be working with. I experienced the same as the other negative reviews, namely, one very rude guy, and posted a review TWO YEARS AGO and this morning, TWO YEARS LATER, I get notified by the the owner. He says:

Colleen you did not like the fact we give upfront pricing vs the company who you used quoted you $85 over the phone and than charged you $400 when they arrived. I told you on yelp messenger that that it's impossible to provide a quality service for $85. Maybe take a look inside your vents instead of trying to shame the one person who tried helping you. Very shameful of you Colleen. Look at that company and how it has all 1 star reviews. You get what you pay for. You didn't file a complaint so do not try and shame us.The business you used no longer exists..
An hour later ... now, a reply about the two year old reply. This is a strange business.
Now 15 minutes later and even funnier, the two year old response I got this morning got me to thinking I should have my ducts cleaned, so I dug up the company that did the great job. Still in business and contacting him: EZ CARPET AND UPHOLSTERY CARE. I highly recommend EZ. The owner was a super nice guy and gave a great price.
