I met Tanya Rollins at the international terminal coming home from vacation on March 21,2026 around 9pm and she was one of the best employees I have ever encountered at Atlanta airport she first noticed that I left my charger and phone in a area that looked suspicious and asked if it was mine and that level of security doing her job is huge for all of us number 1, number 2 once she discovered the real reason was that I got so upset and fed up with the people who were hogging the power outlets and refusing to share with me she told me about a plug in the other area of the terminal that most people don’t know about and I was finally able to get enough charge to be able to pay my parking fees and be able to go home finally. I thanked her in person but she needs to be thanked here and you need to be proud of her and promote her as he heart and professionalism is what we want and need working around the airports and other facilities worldwide

It started out a good company, but the unskilled and unprofessional management.

This company is Horrible!! to do business with. They do not pay their bills. High advise not to do business with them.

So apparently they are full for the day even though I was sent an orientation letter to be there TODAY…still got turned away…this is a RED FLAG

I received my first pay today really like the airport I'm a born and raised Atlantan .

The pay isn't bad for floor techs but....the supervisors will talk to you like you're a child. Just poor management

The Supervisor at CSM are very nice easy to get a long. They go the distance.

CSM working in there show you a ability to complete customer service meeting people coming through all over the world. learning the business during excellence of cleaning task.

I have to contact the department of labor! This company doesn’t pay right the management is horrible. They also don’t give you a uniform and also if you leave this company they will hold your last check! Management ask sleeping with each other it’s a mess! Run just like I did !!
