I was doing an instalarte here and tried to get help since most of the items weren't available and every single one of them except for the nice man in the white hat helped out, this one girl was exceptionally bad she was wearing a black mask, I asked were the pepper plants in a pot was and she pointed in the same direction as the other two people i had asked and said they could be also in an another area and precedded to follow her cuz she started walking but she was getting a water in the garden area and walked back and said to look in the same place i told her they werent in, i specifically showed her my phone that had the info n description of the items

Actually pretty clean and nice staff...make sure you are fast though...cars are constantly being broken into and stolen in the parking lot

The door greeter is foul. The attitude and lack of customer service. Gary needs to either be transfered to a burb north of the city or re-trained. Don't call people children when you have a juvenile attitude and are disrespectful.

Even the delivery service is atrocious at this location. Although the del order was filled accurately, the special instructions were not followed at all. No major requests were made but to simply have the delivery driver (Justin) call before delivering so I could meet him at my semi-truck instead of the front door of the business that I was parked in front of. The delivery guy just left my order in the sun (Atlanta) and didn't care at all about reading and following a simple request for him to call me. Shameful, but this is what seems to be the common mantra with this young generation. I always tip my delivery drivers $20 when they follow my instructions, I don't tip when they don't.

I have been very disappointed with the service provided by this company. I asked for the yard to not be cut low so as not to kill it during the drought and he disagreed with the assessment. Then when I contacted him about the grass being killed he agreed and said he would fix. Now, he refuses to fix the grass he admitted to killing and told me I need to find a new hobby. Horrible work and horrible customer service.
