Well, this Atlanta weather has caused quite a problem with flooding and mold! Thank goodness we had someone who understood exactly what we needed when we needed it. Somehow, mud interfered with the pipes that led to the septic tank, and it backed into the house onto my basement floor! What a mess! Water everywhere and mold could have been even worse!! FLOOD MEDICS came right over and accessed our situation, took pictures, did a writeup of the damage, did a proposal of cost, talked with the evaluator and brought a crew to our home to take care of the problem all in less than 7 days! This company is very responsive. I called around 11:00pm and they were at my property in half an hour. They set up all the equipment, they left the equipment for several days, measured and made sure at the end that everything is all dry. Good company to work with.

I had some fire and water damage in my bathroom. I called Flood and they were 'on scene' to my nightmare within a few hours. Assessment done, and they fixed the problem. They were professional, courteous, and talked me thru the whole process step-by-step. They left my bathroom looking better than before the damage.

Art & Dre were very nice young men's and got the job done quickly with a smile on their faces. They was so friendly and the service was top notch.

The business owner, Cliff was very responsive and came out on the same day. He was very professional and got his tech team to quickly come out and install fans and dehumidifier in the home to start drying the carpet that was soaked by the our tenants leaking hot water heater. He continued to provide his expertise and support throughout the 4day duration of the drying process. After my home flooded me and my family had to move completely out of our home every room was affected one of the worst times in my life as far as experiences if it was not for Cliff and his team I would not have known what to do.
