I have American Home Shield and Pamela's Plumbing was contracted to look at my faucet. The technician said the cartridge in the faucet was faulty. He recommended a new faucet and said he was going to send a diagnosis to AHS for one. During this time I chose the cash out option with AHS to buy my own faucet and be reimbursed. I called Pamela's Plumbing to schedule the installation. They installed the faucet and then hit me with a $225 installation fee. It was then that I was told my diagnosis for a new faucet was denied because the approved diagnosis was only for the cartridge. They also put that the reason was for no hot water and a leak. Neither was the case. They said they did that because "they had to put something". It was the water pressure that was the issue. Pamela's plumbing swears that they told me the new faucet was not covered, that there was going to be an installation fee because it was not covered, and what the fee was. They did not. Had I known the diagnosis was denied for a new faucet and approved for a cartridge replacement, I would have just replaced the cartridge for free installation because everything else with the faucet was good. I have no problem with the technician himself, he was on time, professional, and the problem was fixed. I take issue with the business practice for where he works at.

Rebuilt 2 toilets and replace seal on leaking toilet.. very knowledgeable and fast.. clean job..

After having a plumbing emergency and calling American Home Shield; Pamela’s Plumbing accepted my job request and sent the Amazing Brandon to save the day. The plumber arrived within 30 minutes and quickly assessed the situation. He was polite, professional, knowledgeable, and most of all was an extremely caring individual ( this level of customer service is nearly impossible to find these days ) not to mention Pamela’s didn’t attempt to price gouge every situation . Brandon explained the plumbing issue at hand and the only solution in a way that was easy to understand. He worked efficiently, effectively, and NO STOP ( until nearly 9:00 pm) until the problem was successfully resolved . If you call Pamela’s Plumbing ask for Brandon and I am sure you won’t be disappointed. I will never use another company beside Pamela’s Plumbing because Brandon goes above and beyond to meet the customers needs and represents his company in an amazing way. Hands down everyone should call Pamela’s Plumbing for all your Plumbing needs
