They sent some meth heads to my house. Unlicensed and did not make any repairs. The guy pushed the button to drain my dishwasher once and said it was fixed. My dishwasher is still not working properly! $85 for nothing

I Book service repair man showed on time fixed my dryer is not getting as hot as it did. I called them twice in a 2week time frame i was told repair man will contact me never got a call I wouldn't recommend if any follow issues no response that's needed.

I was very happy with the customer service. I was told what needed to be fixed and how much it would cost up front. I was scheduled based on MY availability and the appointment was promptly kept. Thank you for the personal touch!

I just spoke with Albert at this business. He was very polite and patient. The service call is $69.99 which will go towards the repair. We have not used this service before but we wanted to try someone local and hopefully develop a working relationship. I will be sure to follow-up after the visit.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I called to have them come out and repair my dryer in which they asked to secure a $59.95 deposit for the appointment. This was not to be charged until the repairs were completed. Also, I was advised that the deposit amount would be deducted from the repair cost. This company charged my card and then had the audacity to transfer my call several times when I called about this and a technician coming out then disconnected my call. BAD BUSINESS!

Didn't show up during scheduled window. Twenty minutes prior to the time window expiring for the tech to arrive, I called to confirm that he was still coming and was placed on hold and then disconnected. Repair tech then called and stated he was in route but stuck in traffic. Almost 3 hours later (2.25 hours outside of scheduled window), still no tech. Called and was told tech was still in traffic. Was also told that card would not be charged, but I see a pending hold on my account and a tech hasn't visited our property. Don't waste your time!

Technician did not show up AT ALL! Never called to say he was having car trouble...When I called the office, I was asked to reschedule for later that day (an additional 4 hour window of time)! Apparently, he was psychic and knew car trouble would magically be resolved by 4 pm that same day. When I asked about the fee, I was told there would be no compensation whatsoever and that my ONLY option was to cancel a service that the technician never showed up for in the first place!! UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES DO I ADVISE THIS SERVICE!!

Charging meh 400 dollars to fix what I already knew what was wrong which was only a fuel told meh something different fix it now it’s not working in the same dam day!!!!! Will never go back to them after this!
