As an association manager, I have the occasional need for someone to repave parking lots/fix cracks, curb, etc. Blackjack is always reliable, competitive pricing, and has always done a great job. Thankful to have a vendor I can count on and would definitely recommend them!

Blackjack Paving was able to take care of the parking lot on a Saturday to allow for the proper time to cure before cars needed to drive on the surface on Monday AM. Great communication on timing and easy payment.

Definitely not a company I would recommend.

They bid the job and I accepted. When they came out, they said some preparatory work needs to be done. We agreed to a price for the preparatory work. They left an unsupervised crew there which did less than half the prep work. Later they called me and said the prep is taking longer than they had estimated, but wanted full payment for it. Their unsupervised crew was just sitting around for most of the day. We settled on 75% of agreed payment. I hired another crew to finish the prep work.

When it came time to doing the parking lot itself sometime later, I called and they repeatedly ignored my calls. When I called them from a different number, the salesperson came up with some excuse as to why they can't do the work. If you don't want to do the work, why not just pick up the phone and say that? From the performance of the crew that did the prep work, I am probably better off using someone else anyway, but why waste time dodging calls? What is gained by ignoring a customer's calls?

Sales rep took the time to come out and see the space we needed to stripe. The crew that completed it was great! We had to make some last minute adjustments and they did it without question and hesitation! Great job!
