Best service ever! I'd call them again, even if it wasn't a fire!

Very honest and their quality goes above and beyond! I wouldn't even consider using anyone else!

Impact came out to clean our carpet. The impact team were on time and very professional. I was impressed about how they were able to get high traffic areas of the carpet clean. I will definitely have them come back for future cleanings

Impact left my office space cleaner than I have ever seen it! The level of professionalism really eased my mind and let me know that I was in good hands. I will definitely have them back on a regular basis. I was blown away at how bright and clean everything was! Excellent service and prompt, professional work.

very professional! My carpets looked amazing for months and Unlike previous services, very seldom had to point out missed or overlooked spots from my office cleaning. They’ll be doing all of my carpet cleaning and office cleaning!

I’ve owned my home for 4 years and it was definitely time to refresh the floors upstairs. The carpet cleaning service was immaculate, and my floors look fresh and new again. The service tech was attentive to my needs and provided 5-star customer service from start to finish. The appointment was easy to make and they worked with my busy schedule. I definitely recommend Impact Cleaning for all your carpet cleaning needs!

I had a very concerning experience with one of this company’s drivers. The driver was actively on their phone while driving, speeding up and slowing down erratically, and drifting into my lane, creating a dangerous situation. When I honked to alert them, they responded by speeding up aggressively, honking back, and both the driver and passenger made inappropriate gestures (I'm sure you can guess) towards our car. It didn’t stop there—they then proceeded to tailgate us closely.

I considered calling the company directly, but after seeing another review describing a similar experience—and stating the owner was rude when contacted—I decided it wasn’t worth it.

If the behavior of their drivers is any reflection of how this business is run, I would strongly recommend steering clear. This level of unprofessionalism and disregard for safety is unacceptable.

I wish I could leave 1 star if I could. The owner of this establishment believes she can talk to anyone how ever she pleases. I tried to call about a car I saw swerving over the road and the owner had an attitude about me calling and said she was the one operating the vehicle while on the phone.

This service is very professional an the Owner Tiffani is so people person she gets the job done💯💯💯💯

Don’t know how to drive and was very disrespectful and unprofessional when we called to tell them about it. Would give 0 starts but that’s not an option

Tip and company clean my salon. They are prompt and professional. They leave my work area organized and always smelling amazing. I would highly recommend.

Yes!!! This cleaning company goes above and beyond to make sure they deliver. They are the best and I highly recommend.
