Every bit of work he did fell apart and when I asked him to give my money back he put words in my mouth I never said..his. Business is a sham...now I have to pay someone to do the work correctly..

I am PROUD to say I am a repeat customer at Eddie's Affordable Sewer & Drain Cleaning. On this follow-up visit, Eddie carefully listened to some minor concerns I had surrounding sump pump settings in a crawl space. Together we were able to come up with a plan that worked in keeping the crawl space free of excess moisture by making use of a hefty fan to dry/remove any residual moisture together with setting the trip point on the sump pump to allow for maintaining the low level of moisture that might accumulate (season depending).

Eddie is a down-to-earth, roll up your shirt sleeve kind of guy. He ACTUALLY listens to what people's concerns are and is sincere in helping the problems get resolved -- all in a timely, efficient and productive manner.

I don't typically write reviews, but I'll write one for Eddie. When our shower didn't drain we tried all the home remedies but nothing solved the problem. We proceeded to call a major plumbing company which wanted to charge hundreds of dollars just for the house call. After that we tried calling the few local plumbers in the area but we couldn't get through to any of them. After finding Eddie's website we gave him a call and he answered immediately, showed up in a timely manner and got to work. As it turned out, we had a frozen pipe and some shoddy plumbing, and the project ended up being way more complicated than we imagined; Eddie put in enormous effort to make sure our pipes were thawed and our shower was working - all in a cramped crawl space during the coldest night of the year (and in this area cold means cold). He returned the next day to update the fittings and insulate our plumbing, all at a price that was beyond reasonable for the amount of work he did.

Its clear that Eddie truly puts his customers first and treats them as he would want to be treated while also understanding the difference between quality work and hack work. For any sewer and drain problems in Sullivan County, rest assured that Eddie offers a superior local alternative to big companies that will overcharge for mediocre work.

I typically don’t write reviews but this company went far out and beyond for me and my family. I called 3 major companies to help with our sewerage back up at our home . All three companies either gave us a excuses why it’s going to take several hrs that they would be there or it would be days were in a emergency cituation . Well we find Eddies affordable and sewer and drain I called he answered immediately I explained the situation he listened to me and comforted me over the phone that everything was going to be fine! Then I asked him when can u send someone out here he asked for the address and gps it and told me 36 minutes wow 🤩 that’s faster then a pizza delivery guy! And sure enough he was there when he said he was going to be and had the main line cleared within 45 minutes. I highly recommend him to any body and also with a respectable price! Thanks Eddie!!!

Needed a water tank to be replaced on a Saturday. Eddie was the only one who immediately returned my call and made it happen. Excellent communication, compatible pricing with quality work!

A complete RIP off going work that you dont even need.. charges you unreasonable prices and after that job is not done right ..
He used my tools without permission and ruined it.. avoid this guy totally unprofessional
