I was very pleased with the overall work and putting customers first. They were able to give me a time that the tech would be at my residence and he showed up early I will be using them if any more plumbing issues

It took Mr. Williams two months to repair a leaking faucet over the sink in the master bathroom. As of today, the faucet is still leaking water on top and now the pipes underneath the sink are leakingwater. There's a water puddle on the floor.

I don't recommend him at all.

I have used Kelly C Williams plumbing services a few times for my home. He always gets the job done with great service and reasonable prices. We recently had a pipe burst one evening. I called that night and he was there the next morning. Family run business that friendly and dependable.

Best Plumbing Company in the area hands down! We have hired them for several jobs in the last couple years. This most recent job was a slab leak under our house. They went above and beyond to ensure there was as little damage as possible accessing the broken pipe and they are definitely subject matter experts. Highly recommend Mr. George and Bruce.

After calling several plumber with our drain backing up, Joey was the only one that answered and came to help. After hearing our problem, he honestly infirm me that he did not have the right tools to handle my problem and gave me a few trusted septic tank recommendations. He did not charge me for coming house. He gave me some good advice. Joey was very nice and informative.

I can't begin to tell how polite, professional, and knowledgeable Joey and his staff are. He came out on short notice to fix a leaking toilet and rapidly fixed it. 10/10 service and very friendly!

19 February 2026. Again, I would like to personally thank Mr. Bruce and Mr. George for the replacement of our under-sink PVC pipes. Mr. Bruce did an excellent job in the removal of old pipes he did an excellent job and were very professional in accomplishing this task. Ten Stars.
14 to 15 October 2025. I would like to personally thank Mr. Bruce and Mr. Mackenzie for the replacement of our new kitchen faucet, and also thank Mr. Bruce for the replacement of our bathroom toilet Flush system. They did a superb job in performing these tasks promptly. They get Ten Stars for this excellent service.
On the 1st of May 2025, we had to replace a toilet bowl unit that was cracked and installed by the worst plumbers in Columbus, Georgia, Ben Franklin, in July 2018. I contacted Mr. Joey and his plumbing technicians, Mr. Bruce and Mr. Mackenzie, who were just magnificent in the replacement of a brand-new toilet bowl unit. They were punctual on arrival, were very professional in the installation process of our bathroom toilet unit, and were totally customer service oriented, above and beyond plumbing service. They get Ten Stars for this service.
I would like to personally thank Mr. Joey and Mr. Bruce for flushing out our water heater on the 3rd of April 2025; they did an excellent job and were very professional in accomplishing this task. Thanks so much for what y'all do.
On the 12th of June 2024. Mr. Joey and Mr. Bruce completed the replacement of two Moen 1224-bathroom faucet cartridges in a very timely and professional manner on the 12th of June 2024. Thanks for the excellent plumbing service as before.
Thanks, on the 12th of Apr 2023, I contacted Linbrooke Plumbing for an emergency water pipe. Case in point: after my neighbor called us while on vacation in New Jersey my pressure relief regulator went out and burst the L shape PVC connectors after a referral from one of my plumbers Mr. Hays we contacted Mr. Joey at Linbrooke Plumbing and with less than an hour he repaired my leak and installed new piping after I was told by another plumbing corporation (Ben Franklin); it would cost over nine hundred dollars to make this repair. Bottom line: the cost of their repair was half of what Ben Franklin wanted to charge! Thanks, if I could give a Ten Star rating, I certainly would. Thanks so much for what y'all do; excellent customer service above and beyond the call of plumbing.

Great company that you can trust. Water heater went out and Joey came by to check it. Turned out to be a quick fix and he was done in a few minutes. Would use again.

The best plumbing company ever. I was without any water due to a major break. They arrived in 2 hours and repaired everything. It required he belly crawl and work in a very tight, very wet area. Work was completed quickly and all is 100%. I was very surprised at his reasonable price. They are professional and I appreciate their promptness. Highly recommend this company.

Linbrooke Plumbing did the plumbing for our Kitchen and Bar area remodel a few months ago. This project also involved some, I suspect, unique requirements as they also plumbed for a water filter going to several places in the space, including an aquarium. They were great to work with in the planning and installation of all the different parts. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.
