Our AC unit started a major leak on a Saturday afternoon. I texted Chris and let him know immediately he responded back that he or Matt would be out Sunday to service it! I was very grateful for his timely response as having to turn your AC off on a 90 degree day is miserable, so him seeing this as an emergency and making a weekend call even though they are closed was much appreciated! Matt was here first thing Sunday morning and was very detailed and informative every step of the way! Chris even did a follow up call after Matt left to assure us everything was taken care of!
