These people are rude and discourteous. While having dealings with these workers in public, they went out of their way to be extremely rude. I do not recommend them and would advise others to steer clear of the company because of the lack of customer service.

Working with Jackson heating and cooling was a great experience. They were pleasant, helpful and very responsive.

I was at a neighbors condo when your technician rang the doorbell, then immediately opened the security door and tried to open the front door. The homeowner confronted him about and your employee lied about the whole thing. Your supervisor backed up your ebployee.

Not sure why this shows the business as closed-?? - they just came out and did a great job for me. It was hot and they were very busy but the nice lady made sure our air worked before the day was over. Thanks for a great job !! RH

They were extremely helpful in getting my 15yr old Trane unit back going . There employee chris who came out went above and beyond to make sure I was well educated on proper maintenance.

Called in first thing Monday morning with a heating issue, the technician Chip was out that afternoon and did a phenomenal job. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

I had a complete heating and air system installed recently. Although the unit appears to work just fine I was very disappointed with the install contractors. During the install one of the contractors sawed wood with an electric saw inside my home. I now have sawdust covering every surface in my home. Laminate floors, carpet, bed linens, towels, dishes, blinds, ceiling fans, walls, furniture, kitchen appliances and more. I am shocked that he didnt think this would be a huge problem. He did not try to isolate the hvac area nor did he tell me he needed to do some electric sawing to complete the install. Had I known, I would have given him a bedsheet or 2 to tape up and isolate the sawdust to that small area instead of the entire home. When they left, they broom swept the sawdust but the floor was still dusty and my dogs left paw prints all over the laminate floors. Also, my filters probably need to be changed already because I ran both the heating and a/c to check them out and the air was full of dust. I gave all this information to Joan and never heard a word back.
I should not have 10 loads of laundry and 2 full days of cleaning to get my home back in the condition it was when they arrived.

We called to find an appropriate countermeasure for an excessive amount of dust getting into our house. 2 minutes and $75 later, we're informed to clean the house and keep it clean...
This was confirmed by less than 5 second intervals of looking at each vent.
Not sure if this diagnosis is legit and if there is absolutely nothing we can do, but, will NOT be calling Jackson Heating & Cooling again, thanks for the business years prior, folks, yall lost a customer.

Well, after calling them because of their good reviews here. I found out differently. After ordering the control board ($200) they said I needed, I called another company to come put the part in. That technician discovered it was not the control board but was a bad thermostat. When I alerted Jackson's owner to the fact as I thought they would like to know their tech did not correctly diagnose my trouble, it was pretty much an defensive attitude from the owner. Never once did the owner say I'm sorry or what can I do to make this right or I'll talk to our tech. Oh, she did say 'everyone makes mistakes and there's nothing I can do about that.' WHAT EVER HAPPENED to the customer comes first. You make your own judgement about using this company.

Jackson Heating and Cooling are very reliable professional and provide quality service quickly. On more than two occassions, they have not charged us for services calls cause future services were required. Highly recommend this company. Great experience

Jackson Heating and Cooling did the initial install of our system almost 10yrs ago. I have called them out on (3) different occasions and in all cases the communication and response time has been excellent.

In my opinion this companies Technician must have been high when he aggressively shook to open my front door after ringing the door bell. They were to repair my system last week and never showed up. The gentleman was very rude and surprised when he noticed I had my gun for protection. After speaking with the gentleman about the incident he reacted very negatively so I told him nevermind about repairing my unit if you are going to be upset, mind you this guy was very aggressive with my door so he could be a potential thief or someone who is gonna cause us trouble. The neighborhood is a somewhat shady place anyhow so being armed for my protection is essential. This company as well never showed to do annual maintenance on my other property, so the money I paid them was wasted. Just beware of this company should you choose to use them.
