One of Orchard Landscaping employees tipped a lawnmower on to the hood of my car and damaged my car. We aren't talking about a flying rock or a scratch. They landed a lawnmower on the hood of my car. The estimate was over $6000. The employee walked away and pretended it didn't happen. I had an eyewitness to the accident. That's bad enough, right? Orchard landscaping dodged my calls. The OWNER of Orchard Landscaping threatened me with a "cease and desist" order against me after I sent two text messages and two phone calls. I had to get a POLICE REPORT because Orchard Landscaping refuse d to repair my car. Can you imagine that? A police report for accidental damage. Mind you, this isn't a situation with a flying rock, and a scratch or something. They landed a lawnmower on the hood of my car. Unfortunately, I couldn't fight them or make them do the right thing on my own. So I had to contact MY insurance company. My insurance company handled it. My insurance company paid for damages and subrogated against Orchard Landscaping on my behalf. So, if you want a landscaping company who will threaten you with legal action after they damage your car, you should hire Orchard Landscaping. For the record, nothing in this story has been exaggerated. In fact, under exaggerated.
