Came to my house today. Would not listen to what I said about the lid switch being broken that allows the machine to spin. He runs the machine through the cycle, fills the tank with water and waits to spin, says it’s the timer.
I know my machine, and know the machine will not spin if the lid is up and/or the switch is pressed. I’ve held that switch down many times to watch it spin, also I know this because it has happened before and was repaired. I was so mad that he would not listen to me that I paid the 89.00 dollars. Now I’m stuck getting the water back out of the machine again . But would never recommend this company!
