Greg and Niall were on time and prepared for the job. Both men were knowledgeable and performed a thorough inspection of my home in order to eliminate any safety issues in relation to my faulty circuit breaker. Greg explained why I was having the problem and provided me with a better understanding of how he could fix it for me. He detailed time and expense and got to work immediately once I agreed. The job was completed quickly and the work was excellent. I highly recommend TE Certified. A good job well done by great people.

The customer service was great. The TE technician kept me informed throughout the entire process. They installed a electrical socket for EV charging. The install looks great and the install was quick. The technician was helpful explaining the proper use and power out. Great service!

Mason and Eli are great technician’s I really had trust in Mason the way he was talking and taking care of things. This showed me that he knew what he was talking about. He explained to me why I was getting carbon monoxide in the house by having a crack in the heat sensor, I definitely will call the company back for any future repair’s and installation’s so I will give Mason And Eli Thumbs up for a great Job. I give them both a high 10.

Alexis did a phenomenal job. He was extremely courteous and most importantly, he was knowledgeable. He even went the extra mile to fix the sloppy work that was completed by another electric company on a previous issue. He walked me through my install and provided me with the necessary information to follow up on apps and rebates. Great job!!!

Careful in his assessments, clear in the recommendation for addressing the reason for our service call, and (his Manager and peers should hear this!)….was very gentle in alerting us to “further services” we may need, of course couched in the observation that “this was all about ‘keeping your family safe’”….i appreciated that……no “hard sales push”, but more about educating us, and giving us the best information to be able to make the best decisions. Alex and his team wired our whole basement. 1,500 sq feet - 6 rooms and everyting was done to county code and working is great! Alex was very communitative on his arrival and what the job was for the day. Alex also provided rock solid estimates. Alex is a very good listener, he hear's your concerns. We are happy with our Basement remodel and the electrical plan that was provided. We recommend T&E and Alex to everyone.

Chandler Skelton was clearly knowledgeable about his work. He took time to listen to and answer my questions, and explained well the functions of the different options of flood lights I wanted installed around my house. I also found him to be very polite and courteous which makes working with him easy and comfortable. He is truly an excellent asset to your company. I hope you would hire more people like him.

Marc Thurmond was the tech that came out. Very friendly, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Will definitely use TE again in the future and more than likely request Marc be the one to come out. Companies need people like him to be the face of the company.

I was extremely satisfied with my experience with TE. I had an issue with my panel that needed immediate attention. TE was able to make it out promptly and repair the issue. Their electrician Criag was great to work with. He quickly diagnosed the problem and thoroughly went over everything with me. I will definitely be using TE for all issues I have going forward.

From scheduling to service, everything was great. They answer the phone, they follow up with text communications and emails about upcoming appointment, I didn’t have to wait a long time for an appointment, Brandon Hall & Josh showed up on time (actually early), they smiled the entire time and were very pleasing to work with. They gave me valuable information, worked efficiently and had excellent customer service. I see why they have 5 stars and I would work with them again in the future. Very good business savvy. Updated: Joel, of TE Certified, was very knowledgeable and patient with my elderly aunt. He took the time to explain the issue and offer solutions while being cognizant of today’s economy. I trusted his knowledge of the problem and his skill to correct it. I would recommend him and his company TE Certified to anyone who needs an electrician.

Called TE again regarding my aunt’s lights in several rooms but working. Martin was punctual and knowledgeable. He repaired the lights and cleaned up after himself. Great job. Definitely recommend this company for your electrical needs.
