Randy is awesome! He promised to come out the day I called him, even though it was last minute, and he did. He kept me informed when he was headed my way and explained everything about the job to me. He got his guys over to fix my leak the very next day when it best worked for my schedule. The job was completed quickly and I was able to see video of the leak and the solution as well. They were great and their price was reasonable. Every other plumbing company gave me the run around, but Randy made it work for me and for that I greatly appreciate him! I’ve already passed on his info to someone else in need of services! 😊

I had two toilets replaced in my house by Ryan. I found him to be very professional, with a calming demeanor. Upset when I discovered the unexpected fees, he listened very carefully to my venting, while apologizing and offering different options to reduce costs. He used extreme patience and diffused what could have been a hostile atmosphere. Kudos to Ryan! He is a great asset to the team. Gave clear instructions on how to operate addional features on products installed and carefully cleaned area after completion
