He quickly diagnosed and repaired the compressor on my GE Profile refrigerator, explaining the issue clearly and offering helpful advice for future replacements. The repair was fast, reasonably priced, and handled with professionalism—highly recommend!

Outrageous pricing! Don't use them. I'd give it no stars if I could.
This is the first negative review I have ever written, that's how mad I am. My refrigerator had a clogged water line. It took the technician an hour to repair it with no parts needed. It's invoiced at $450 minus the $80 fee just to come to my house. I paid a total of $384. the Frigidaire company would have cost less. Their justification was that I signed (on his phone) an agreement. The technician wasn't in a position to negotiate more than $10 off so i waited to call the office. I asked if I could to pay $250 for the repair thinking that was a fair price but owner/Simon was unwilling to budge!! The repair was done on Friday and I called first thing Monday morning. Simon said If I'd called Friday he might have been been able to do something. Seriously??Stacey
