DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!
I had an absolutely horrible experience. I ordered a specialty outlet from them online for a shallow box that I had to fit. I tried to contact them multiple times when it didn't ship when it was supposed to, but never heard anything from them. A week and a half after it was supposed to ship, I finally get an email from them that the item was discontinued. Why was it on your website in the first place then!? And then they offer me a regular sized outlet at twice the price as a replacement!
They don't understand what customer service is and obviously can't keep their website up to date!

I called home electrical after purchasing one of their products used from Facebook marketing. This person did not have the remote to the heating product I purchased.
Home electrical went over and beyond by setting the product up in their system that was not available. They politely phoned me back two days later and said they located my remote & would ship it. They went over and beyond with great customer service that we often don’t see these days! -

After frustrating experiences with several other on-line electrical suppliers, I called HomElectrical and the result was superb. I spoke with Sylvie in Sales; she was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and could not have been more helpful, Sylvie even explained details that I did not know to ask. The entire experience was most pleasant including the great news that the 4 items I required were IN STOCK and could shipped the same day.
HomElectrical will be my new 'go-to' source, and I will share their contact information with my building trade colleagues.
