Huy called to let me know he was on the way (VERY helpful). He was very friendly, and he also followed health guidelines for mask/distance. He was great at explaining everything he worked on with each of my systems, even taking photos, plus showing me info outside on my units. He was very encouraging about my asking questions. A+

HVAC shopping was not a pleasant experience until I had the good fortune to meet Micheil Cox (Residential Comfort Advisor). He came recommended by my neighbor. I called him on Friday, made the appointment for Monday, and the system was installed on Tuesday. It was such a real and transparent conversation around pricing structure, service and maintenance. I immediately felt trust with this individual and knew he would honor all services included in my package. I opted to go with the Advantage Program for which my family and friends have been amazed I had an opportunity to install two Lennox units withstanding a financial hardship. The installation crew was amazing (polite, informative, skilled and neat). The units were up and running in 4 hours. Micheil has stayed in touch throughout the duration of services and thanks to him and the services offered at Peachtree Heating & Air I know have a huge burden off my shoulders!

Huy and Eric did a great job with my semi-annual checkup. They were both professional, friendly and respectful of my property. This was Huy's second time to my house and I was once agin impressed by his knowledge of all things HVAC.
