We are very satisfied from start to finish! Caleb did a great job explaining our options from repair to replacement. Trey and Jeff completed our installation and did a fantastic job! They explained everything about what they were doing and how our new system works. Also, Hunter did a great job cleaning our ductwork. Our vents look brand new! Everyone that was here carried themselves with integrity and professionalism. 10 out of 10 recommend!

My father is an elderly man on a fixed income. He was told that he would need a unit. He had 2 children in his household and it wasn't heating. His service technicians name was CHRIS CHRISTIAN. Caleb, the salesman, was fantastic—he took the time to thoroughly explain my options, answer all my questions, and ensure I got the best system for my needs and budget. There was no pressure, just honest advice and great customer service.

The installation team, Gage and Hunter, did an outstanding job. They arrived on time, worked diligently, and showed great attention to detail. They were respectful of my home, cleaned up after themselves, and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. They even walked me through the new system and made sure I understood how to use it efficiently.

Excellent service— my technician, Ty, arrived right at the start of the service window and did a thorough inspection and tune-up of the HVAC system.

Worst customer service i have ever received. Install was in April of 2025, and damages happened. I keep calling and getting no response back for repairs or payment for damages. System wasn't installed correctly the first time with missing parts as agreed on woth the co tract. Also, invoice and contracted amount do not match up. I'm not paying an additional $5k for something that wasn't agreed on or even done to my house. I do not recommend this company to anyone! Highly unprofessional!

Got home from a trip and our ceiling had caved in from water damage. Figured out it was the AC and called AF right away. Ben was here first thing in the morning and showed us the problem, fixed the problem, and told us what else we would need to figure out how to fix the water problem now! Super personable and efficient!

We ended up signing up for the year membership!

Great customer service Caleb. On time and very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The most amazing company and workers Airforce 1 has. Nothing but polite and professional the entire time. Caleb and Chris are the only 2 I would be interested in coming back doing this business with me. They both need a raise. Praise God, it is still some professional young men’s in this world.

Called on Monday morning, someone came out and confirmed what already knew. 20 year old system was on its last leg. Never any pressure on replacing, gave me options, answered questions. Georgia heat is brutal in July and my unit is located in the attic Pedro Ortiz and Marcellus worked all day removing the old system and installing the new one. Dedicated and professional young men. Cleaned up and made sure everything was working great. I am so glad I chose Air Force Heating and Air.
Also kudos to Colin Gipson and Caleb Laster for coming out so promptly and getting the ball rolling. Highly recommend and they deserve 10 stars.

Jeff & Trey were amazing. They installed a new HVAC system in the basement and added insulation in the attic. They were very professional and dedicated to the task. I highly recommend Air Force. In the past, I have used Jackson services and four Seasons in Air Force is by far the best. I highly recommend them.

We had a plumbing issue that we needed resolved asap. My husband called very early and they had their tech out here first thing. He successfully resolved it and stayed as long as we needed him to answer all our questions. Very professional, very efficient and we will definitely use the. Again. We also used the. In December to do a complete replacement of our HVAC system. They did a great job then too.

I was having entire a/c unit replaced. Air Force crew showed up on time and worked till the job was completed. They also explained what they were doing and the reason why.
They cleaned up after like they were not even there. I am extremely pleased with the installation and the installers.

Air Force Heating and Air is a great company to do business with!! Our salesperson, Caleb, was very friendly and professional and gave us a great price on a new unit to replace our old HVAC system which was 28 yrs old. The installers, Trey and Jeff, did a great job installing our new unit. We had an airflow problem with our ductwork and the manager, Neil, got that problem resolved very quickly. We are very happy with our new unit and we highly recommend Air Force Heating and Air!
