Not dependable.

Great customer service and reliable company.

These guys are a joke screwed around for 3 hours then magically were too busy to send a technician. Thanks for wasting a half a day and I still don't have hot water.

I HAD BEEN WITHOUT HOT WATER FOR ABOUT THREE WEEKS, DEALING WITH MANY OTHER LOCAL PLUMBING COMPANIES FROM A TO Z. IT WAS OBVIOUS, THEY WERE OUT TO RIP ME OFF TERRIBLY!! HBP AND THE TECHNICIAN THEY SENT TO MY HOME WAS A BREATH OF FRESH AIR, AND HOT FRESH WATER, THAT I HADN'T HAD THE LUXURY TO ENJOY IN MANY WEEKS. I WAS TOLD EVERYTHING FROM I NEEDED A NEW HOTWATER HEATER TO A TOTAL NEW SYSTEM OF PLUMBING LINES PUT IN MY HOME. THE PREVIOUS COMPANY WANTED TO EMPTY ALL 40 GALLONS OF WATER JUST TO REPLACE A PART. MIND YOU, MY HOTWATER HEATER WAS INSTALLED 7 MONTHS AGO, BRAND NEW. I UNDERSTAMD THAT PARTS CAN GO BAD, OR JUST COME FROM A MANUFACTURER DEFECTED. HOWEVER, THE NUMBER OF PLUMBING COMPANIES OUT HERE THAT ARE COMPLETE CROOKS IS UNBELIEVABLE, THERE ARE FAR MORE BAD ONES THAN GOOD. I WAS QUOTED FROM $599 TO $3000 FOR WHAT THEY ALL WANTED TO DO. THE TECH FROM HBP GOT THE BOX OF MY NEW PARTS, I SWEAR HE TOOK OFF OLD PARTS IN LIKE 2 MINUTES, PUT NEW PARTS ON, EMPTIED LESS THAN ONE GALLON OF WATER IN A SMALL BUCKET, AND WAS ON HIS WAY. THANK YOU HBP FOR GIVING MY FAMILY OUR LIVES BACK, NO MORE BOILING WATER IN POTS. THE WHOLE JOB TOOK HIM LESS THAN 30 MINUTES, WHEREAS I WAS TOLD BY OTHER COMPANIES, IT WAS A 3-4 HOURS JOB. SHAME ON THEM. ANY FUTURE BUSINESS WILL BE WITH HBP.

Showed up and figured out what was wrong in 2 minutes. Swapped out the part while we talked about sports, shook my hand and was on his way. I highly reccommend them. Worked great for me!

Very responsive! The service man was knowledgeable and had our water heater up and running in no time. Highly recommended!

A few months ago we bought a house and noticed that the water heater was starting to make a whistling sound. We called to see what technicians in the area could service our heater and were referred to HBP. They were on time, friendly, and we haven't had any problems with our heater since! Thank you :)

Our business has been waiting 7 days and counting for the technician who diagnosed our water heater problem to send the repair vs replace quote. Office staff is giving us the run-around.

I had the same experience as others here. They came, did nothing, said I needed a plumber, and charged me $225. The service tech was very rude to me and my tenant and the person in charge of invoicing is rude as well. Overall a very unpleasant experience.

The easiest way to get your part for your water heater. Experienced, knowledgeable staff to get you in and out, and gives you instructions on how to do it yourself and save money. I would recommend them to EVERYONE! They came highly recommended by my brother in law when he found out what my needs were for a water heater replacement part.

Terrible! Our water heater went out and we contacted them, as Whirlpool instructed us to. They kept saying someone from "dispatch" would call us back and no one did. I called them repeatedly asking when someone would be coming and I got a different answer every time I called, from "oh someone is on their way" to "it will be a week until someone can get there." We waited to call another plumber since they made it sound like someone would come fix it, and had they just been honest that they were slammed and delayed we could have gotten our water heater fixed by someone else, and not been without hot water for 6 days.
WHATEVER YOU DO - DO NOT CALL THEM! They are rude, lazy, and flaky. -
Made an appointment for them to come fix my hot water heater after it got wet - as my old retired plumber has done in the past - and the day I was expecting them some rude guy calls to tell me it’s illegal to fix a water heater and I’ll need a new one (this one is a year old) for $1200. Without coming to assess the problem. I did a good search online and see nothing related to a law against repairing water heaters and my new plumber came and had it running in an hour at a reasonable cost. My guess is that they were fine with doing the work until they looked at the address and saw that we are in a largely minority community. Maybe not. It was just suspicious that I was told on the phone the day before that they could do any repairs to a water heater and had all the parts on their truck and it would be an easy job. Either way they’re a waste of time.

I was referred to HBP to schedule an appointment to fix my water heater..Unfortunately, they called late that afternoon and said they're tied but will come the following day. I asked they come in the morning but had to follow up at 1pm to find out the status of service call. The person that answered the phone left me on hold for 10 minutes and never came back to the phone.. So , I decided to call a company more reliable.

Straight rip off. I call them because their number was on or around my water heater. They told me that they would send their guy out. This is when I should've asked what is the show up fee; because they never mentioned one to me. So this seventy something looking guy comes over. He instantly mentions that there is a $225.00 service fee. Me; being so desperate for hot water agreed because I thought he could fix it. I told him that I believe the problem is the hot water heater pump. Mr. Mc Donald proceeds to tell me that the pump is a job for a plumber; even thou it is connected to the water heater. That's when I should've shown him the door with no pay. Being the nice sucker that I am. I let him examine the water heater with hopes that the problem originated from another source. After he looked over the water heater he told me that everything below the hot water heater pump was working ok. But on the bill it notated that the the T-stats were bad and that he replaced them. No itemization on the bill of how much each part cost. So did he really replace them? I don't know. Sounds like a reason to make it look as though he did some work for the $225.00 service fee. So please don't be a victim like me.

Came and diagnosed a problem - we need a new pump - they didn’t have the right size in stock. We paid $225 for the service trip with the guarantee it would come off the repair. Well, it’s been over a month, we’ve called 4x, they say the manager will call and he never does, we still don’t have hot water in all our bathrooms and have no idea if they even ordered the part. Assuming it isn’t worth it to them to come out to replace it so they are ghosting us. Terrible communication and service, we wasted $225 and will be filing a BBB complaint.

I was referred to HBP from AO Smith (my water heater manufacturer).Amanda was very helpful in setting up a service call for me and Aaron came to the rescue! After being advised by 2 other plumbing services just to replace the whole unit, Aaron was able to replace 2 parts for me and with the service charge included; the bill was right around $500. Aaron even made a quick trip back to my house to clear the pipe on the kitchen sink as a piece of sediment got in there during the repair and water was not coming out. I am making sure to keep their contact info for future issues. Thank you Aaron!
