We had a refrigerator get fried from a thunderstorm, and Josh came out the same day that I called and within one hour had diagnosed that the control panel had been fried. We now have the control panel on order and the problem should be fixed within two or three days. Thank you so much for being one of the few companies that could come same day and diagnose our problem. Get us on the road to recovery! Josh also helped fix our old school ice cooler missing the water plug, so the guests could use it in the meantime. Thank you Josh, and Appliance Pros! I’d give 10 stars if I could!!!

Was scheduled appointment electronically by Frigidaire. called them several times to verify appointment. No answer. Left several messages, no one called back. Even Frigidaire couldn't get a hold of them.

Kevin and team responded very quickly to one problem I was having with a washing machine, and while visiting, identified another issue with my oven. He was able to fix the oven and recommend a solid approach to solving my washing machine problem. Very solutions-oriented and timely business, and I would recommend them to others.

Great service as well as communication on arrival time. Stove was repaired in less than 30 minutes! A little pricey but worth the quick fix.

Responsive and professional techs that came highly recommended. But ask for price estimate before they do the work to avoid surprises. They have fixed pricing and I was shocked to find out it cost $450 (labor only) to replace a GE door handle. The tech was here an hour. The labor charge to replace a whirlpool ice maker is $300-400. A lucrative profession!

Everyone there was really great, Serge came the day and time promised, and he managed to find a part for our older oven where the model had been scratched off. Ever since the Appliance Doctor suddenly decided after years of our service with them they didn’t want to service in our area (which is part of metro Atlanta) we found ourselves with no one to trust. I even offered to pay extra if it was the mileage they were worried about. Anyway, enough about them.

The good news is Appliance Tech Pros and Refrigeration are great. Best part is they don’t sell new ones, making it easier to believe them when they say something cannot be fixed. Highly recommend.

The technician came on time and was very efficient in fixing our clothes dryer. He took the machine apart and identified it as the belt that needed to be replaced. He also looked at the other parts and gave us an estimate on how many years it would last us. Overall very satisfied with the service and would recommend.

These guys are the best appliance repairman I’ve ever dealt with. I literally called the office. They gave me a window the same day. The technician called me five minutes later and he was at my door at three. So from the time I called to the time the technician arrive was in 10 minutes!

They are great! Have used Appliance Tech Pros twice now for Subzero refrigerator (Mike) and Scotsman ice maker (Josh) repairs. Super impressed with their knowledge, thoroughness, and such nice guys. Highly recommended.
