Mr Pena takes great pride in his work, business and employees. He worked within our budget and his price couldn't be beat.
They arrived 30 mins early to set up and promptly began at 8 am.
It was amazing how they flowed flawlessly! At NO point was anyone "not working !"
Just so impressive at the work ethic demonstrated.
I definitely thought it was going to be a couple of days to complete. We had 9 trees removed and for the most part they were quite large, but he said one day and it was one day.
By the time the last tree was done, the stump grinding was in progress. And by the time that was completed, yard clean up was finished and they were packed up.
All the logs couldn't be taken the same day, but true to his word, they were gone first thing in the morning!
In addition, we called him back to take a few more trees and when asked, if any could be used for fire wood, he didn't hesitate to have it cut up for us.
Mr Jesus Pena is a pleasure to work with and we will definitely be calling him back for all of our future projects, which are extensive.

Jesus and his team did an amazing job in taking down two trees and trimming a magnolia tree after the ice storms. They cleaned up all the debris in the yard and the street. Very professional, Highly recommend Star Tree Service!

I have used this company for several jobs. When I was given a time for their arrival, the crew always arrived early. Every worker knows what to do and does it well. Because they all work so well as a team, they work quickly yet safely. When they are finished, they clean up as if they weren’t there. All of the workers I have met, spoke with and watched were friendly and polite. I always recommend them to my friends and family. What was refreshing is that they did not try to upsell me and I paid the price I was quoted. I have another project coming in the spring for my new home and they will be my only call as I value their work and how they do business. I can say I highly recommend their service!

I had them remove 3 large trees and 3 smaller trees and lots of pruning to get limbs away from my house and power lines. They also cleaned up debris from previous fallen trees. The representative that gave the original quote came with the crews to go over everything before work began. The workers were friendly and stopped to answer all my questions and to make sure I was satisfied. This was all for the most affordable price of every tree service I have called. I would definitely use this company again.

Wow! I deal with tree services in my professional work and I can honestly say Sesmas is by far the most professional, best equipped, efficient, safety conscious, and communicative service I've ever encountered. I needed a large group of trees removed at my house and they did an amazing job! Their price was very reasonable and they even went so far as to include additional work without increasing the price. Call them! Now!

You wouldn't they had been here because of how well they cleaned up when finished. 5 Starts. I requested 5 quotes and they were the second lowest. The cost wasn't the absolute lowest, but you get what you pay for. The team was on time. They did fantastic job removing the tree with a cherry picker and team of individuals. They were courteous and professional. They did a great job of minimizing damage to my lawn. There was no damage to the house (the 150 ft oak was ~10 feet from the house). On top of all this, they did a flawless job of cleaning up.

Excellent service from start to finish. Rolando arrived as scheduled for the estimate, I showed him the trees I wanted trimmed and he explained how they would trim the trees to keep them looking nice but also taking care of my concerns. We then scheduled the appt. for the tree trimming and the crew arrived on time, trimmed the trees and then cleaned up so you couldn't tell they were there. I'm very pleased with the job they did and will definitely use them again. Very professional.

Great Tree Company, Great People, Great Experience! Just had a Large Oak tree, several small trees and a bunch of shrubs taken out for an upcoming fence project. Rolando and his crew had me set up very fast with a date and upon arrival was completely professional from beginning to end. All the crew paid high attention to safety as well as cleanup. I received 4 estimates from other companies and Sesmas came in the lowest with by far the best customer service out of all of them as well as fastest setup date. For any of your tree service needs, I highly recommend this company!

I have used Sesmas Tree Service for 5+ years. They're just awesome. Rolando is usually the person I work with for estimates. Very professional and prompt, and attentive to details. The crew that does the work are very nice and thorough in their work. Prices are competitive and reasonable (yes, i do some compare shopping sometimes). I intend to use their services again in spring 2022.

This is the second time we have used this service. We have been grateful and satisfied with their work. So professional, informative, reliable and friendly. They did a great job and cleaned up as well. They also were very busy this time of year but, fit us into their lunch hour. Great service. We could not be more satisfied. I have been a Sesmas Tree Service customer for several years. Rolando and his crew took excellent care of us for our tree removal. I was able to get an estimate in a timely manner and Rolando answered all of my questions. The crew was able to get my job done quickly and the guys even helped me get four wheelbarrows full of wood chips up to my garden. I would highly recommend Sesmas for your tree service needs. I had a tree fall and hit the side of my house during Hurricane Ian a few months ago. I selected Sesmas for a free estimate and met with Noel. He was nice, professional and very knowledgeable. I felt confident moving forward with them and so the work began. They did a great job! The crew was fast, efficient and entire process was seamless. Couldn't have asked for a better job. Fyi...I also called them based on their Google reviews, so do your research folks. Don't just pick anyone or the cheapest because sometimes quality work costs a little more but it's worth it. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because Noel told me that the stump grinding would likely not be covered by my insurance, but not to worry, that I would not have to pay it as he would work it into the estimate another way...I guess? Well, my insurance didn't cover it and I had to end up paying the extra for the stump grinding anyway. Sesmas said nothing about it when they submitted the invoice and I saw stump grinding listed on there when he knew insurance wouldn't cover it. So why tell me I won't have to pay it when I did? Other than that, good experience.

If I could give a zero star, I would! I accepted a stump grinding proposal on July 5th. No one contacted me until 7pm on July 11th via email. The email was not sent to ask me which date was good for me, but to Inform me they were coming tomorrow!! They didn't care if we were going to be home or not. I have never encountered a company that's so unprofessional!!!
I emailed back and asked when I should expect the crew. The answer was "I don't know". I asked whether I would at least get a call before the crew arrived, and the answer was "I will try." Then, I asked if they could narrow down an arrival window, so I didn't have to wait at home for the whole day. The answer was "mid-morning".
At 7am this morning, someone rang my door bell.... the stump grinding person was at the door!!!! No call nothing. This is just so unprofessional!! Doing this kind of job before 8am on a Saturday morning with an email notification literally less than 12 hours ahead.
I will never use this company again.

The crew at Sesmas did a fantastic job! They raised the canopy and pruned 4 very large trees in our backyard. They were very easy to work with, professional and prompt. They also did a great job cleaning up the debris...if we couldn't see the large amount of work they did to the trees you would barely know they had been there! We highly recommend them and will use them again in the future!

My first time using Sesmas tree service and I would definitely do it again. They were very prompt when a quote was requested and were very competitive for my tree removal. They applied for the permit quickly and got it. The 60-foot tree was close to the house, more than half of the branches overhanging the roof, and Sesmas did a fantastic job getting it out. I didn’t hear a single branch hit the roof. Work was done before noon and the clean up was great. As I said, I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
