BenLe Heating & Air

Worked with "Jim" from BenLe. Really outstanding service. First time was freon service for one of my units - fairly priced. But the real key is that he explains what he's doing and just simply asks prior to performing any service. That is very nice. Booties worn in the house without me even asking. I love it. Very respectful. Helped me diagnose my second AC unit and went over all my options for my situation. He even *came back(!)* for my first unit service due to an additional thing he wanted to check to give me most value for my money?! Hard to find people like that anymore! Very quick on the responses as well - texting with both owner and Jim. These guys are doing it right.

I don't normally write reviews but thought they did such an excellent job. Mon went above and beyond what was expected. He inspected our system, explained why it was broken, and showed what it would take to fix it. It was fast and professional and I would recommend them to anyone in the area. Side note: I had some other company look into it before BenLe and they were hard to schedule and told me the wrong thing was broken (either I was being scammed or they don't know what they were doing). After about a month with them and my AC still broken, I called BenLe and they came and fixed it the same day.

Update (02-15-2024): My AC is starting to break down with age. As with my previous experience I called insurance first but they were difficult to schedule and the person they sent was incompetent. I decided to call BenLe again since they were so good last time. Ben came over, inspected the outdoor unit, gave me a rundown of what's happening, and fixed the issue within 10 minutes. Afterwards, I had a few questions about my HVAC since it's old. He walked me through different scenarios of what to watch out for and what would need to be done in each case.
