We recently had Shackleford Tree Service out to our home, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. The arborist, Mike Gray, was outstanding from start to finish. He was extremely polite, professional, and respectful of our property.

Mike listened carefully to what we needed, explained what he was going to do, and made sure everything was handled exactly as we asked. He completed the work efficiently, cleaned up thoroughly, and didn’t leave until he was certain we were 100% satisfied.

It’s rare to find someone who combines skill, professionalism, and genuine care for the customer like Mike did. If you’re looking for tree service done right, Shackleford Tree Service and especially Mike Gray, is the team to call.

Had the Shackleford crew out yesterday to remove some dangerous, dead, and ugly trees and downed limbs from our 1.3 acre lot.
They arrived and introduced themselves and went right to work. David S. and Michael Gray had both surveyed our property and had an excellent idea of how to proceed. The whole crew kept busy the entire time until we took a lunch break. Then they went right back to work and finished in good time enough to give the whole place a clean up. I will certainly have them back if I need any more safe, reliable, tree work.

I had an excellent experience with this Shackleford tree service. They came to my home to remove several trees from my yard and did an outstanding job. The team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and handled everything with care. They made sure my property was protected during the removal and cleaned up all the debris before leaving. My yard looked even better than before!

I’ve seen the Shackelford Tree Service crew operating many times in the Smyrna Ga area and I was convinced that when the time came that I needed a reputable tree service company, they would be my first choice! When I finally decided to have several trees removed, I was glad that I stuck to my first intuition. Mr Shackelford told me that no job was too big or too small for his crew and when they came…they delivered! Professional, courteous and efficient! They had all of the necessary equipment to traverse through the rough terrain of my rear yard and the crew worked tirelessly until the job was completed. Not only did they do a great job in minimal time, they did it within our budget! Suffice to say our yard was as clean when they left as when they arrived. Next time anyone asks me for a tree service company referral, I am definitely recommending Shackelford’s. They’re the BEST!
