I feel hustled! I needed my new bathtub shower walls installed. I used him because he was available to come today. He charged me $950 for a job he initially said $800 for, then he changed it and said the $800 was only for installing the tub and the new shower head and pipes. And charged me another $150 to install the walls. I was told by other contractors/plumbers $750 to $800 for as well. He cut out way too much of my wall and then tried to charge me $450 to fix the drywall he messed up in my bathroom. I am not happy with the job that was done. I feel hustled, and now have to find someone else to pay to fix the problem he created.

Low prices for best work ever done!

Within an hour of his punctual arrival, the professional had freed our clogged drain; he was kind and well-informed, and I had spent hours trying to unclog the drain on my own without success.

This father-son combo isn't the cheapest, but it's also not the most expensive either. They often arrive when they say they would and are accessible earlier than the majority of other businesses. The gas company came out that evening and rectified the gas leak in our fireplace. The next morning, Lithonia Plumbing was able to repair it. They recently helped us with the plumbing in our bathroom. When they get there, they finish the job! They provide my wife and I much joy. When we need this type of help, we will continue to use them and refer them to others.

Morris Plumbing has friendly workers who work swiftly and efficiently. They responded to my request for a plumber on the same day I called and worked until the problem was fixed. They did pipe work that other bigger plumbers would not do. I would definitely call on them again to help me with my plumbing issues.

I contacted this business on 2/3/24, and they were here the next day. They immediately knew what the problem was. I recommend this plumber to anyone. The best!!! I will be using them for all my plumbing business needs.

For the record Mr. Rick Morris and I are not related. I was looking on the web for a plumber that was close to my area. After scrolling thru other plumbers I came across Ricks and thought he might be good since we both had the last name. I needed some work on my bathroom toilet as it was flushing on it's own. Rick came out and diagnosed the problem and fixed the problem in a timely manner. I also mentioned to him that my garbage disposal was broke. He said he would take a look at it and he had it up and running in less than 10 minutes. I highly recommend him. His prices are reasonable and I very satisfied. He is a 6 star!!!

Called Morris March 25 for a busted pipe in my home. He came out, tore out my kitchen out and began mitigation. It lasted about 6-7 days, no problem. Paid him and began to find contractors to finish the put back, Morris said that he could do that as well. He had contractors that were the SLOWEST and unprofessional. Morris was never there to oversee his employees which led to poor work. Til this day my kitchen is NOT done and he will not return any messages. Too many promises never fulfilled by Morris.

A pipe burst at my home resulting from the severe winter weather we've had recently. I called 8 different plumbing companies and could not get an appointment within 72 hours. I needed a plumber who would fix the issues my mother was having. Being elderly she was overwhelmed with the idea of using the Internet and choosing someone who wasn't a family friend or acquaintance. I convinced her to allow me to find someone so I hopped online and read the glowing reviews of this small but bustling plumbing company. Not only were our expectations exceeded, but Morris was patient and went above and beyond for my mom. I also learned that the folks at Morris plumbing do carpet cleaning which is an added bonus and a service we will be using this week! Would recommend without reservation.

Total professional and highly recommended. Mr Morris arrived at the exact time he promised and didn't try to change the quoted price, which was fair and less than others who quoted the job. He completed the job thoroughly and explained ways to prevent it from happening again. Mr. Morris cleaned up after himself and was in and out in less than an hour. I would hire him again in an instant.

Came out on Sunday and rebuild my faucet unclogged my toilet. And gave me advice about the winter freeze. And will definitely use again.

I called them up this morning, spoke with him and he had a full schedule. After explaining my problem he made it a priority to put on the schedule today. Sent a few pics of my hot water heater and he quoted me the price, picked up the parts and a few hours later he was here and extremely high water pressure issue causing my toilets to leak was resolved. I must say, I was extremely impressed and proud of the job that he did.

He did an awesome job for less than half the price of the first quote I got! He was able to handle the job the next day and did a thorough job of explaining all the repairs he was doing. This is my second time using him and I will continue to utilize his services in the future! Recommend highly!

I called Mr. Morris at 5:30p pm Sunday, 8/10/214. I explained to him my problem and he quoted me a price that I couldn't afford at the time. I told him what I had, he accepted, and he told me he would see me in an hour. An hour later, he was at my home and went straight to work. He told me what the problem was and only charged me 1/2 of the cost he accepted. Mr. Morris is thorough, reasonable and understanding. The problem was bigger than expected and the cost is more than I expected, but he quoted me a reasonable price for the work that needs to be done. I will definitely be using Morris Plumbing and Sewer again. Thank you Mr. Morris.

Mr. Morris has repaired two water leaks at my home. His first visit to my home was for a water leak outside the house. I called Mr. Morris after another company had given me an outrageous repair quote, but could not tell me the location of the leak. Mr. Morris came out and found the leak immediately and completed the repair quickly. Not only did he do a good job in repairing the leak, the cost was 100% less than the previous plumber estimate. His work and professionalism was outstanding and for that reason I used his service again today for a major leak inside the home to discover water was spraying from the top of the water heater. The water heater had burst and he gave me an affordable estimate that included the cost of a new water heater and a new pressure regulator and pipe. Once again he did a great job and I am now a loyal custom with Morris Plumbing and Sewer.

Mr. Morris came to inspect a leak that was occuring in my dining room ceiling. Within 5 minutes he determined the leak was coming from the bathroom directly above my dining room. He found the problem stemmed from a worn out wax ring on my toilet. He fixed the problem and my husband and I were very pleased.

As a precautionary measure he returned within one week to check the wax ring on my master bathroom toilet and replaced it as well. I was very pleased with his level of professionalism. He was punctual, very knowledgeable, approachable and took time to explain what was wrong and how he could correct the problem. He even gave advice on preventive measures to take in the future.

His pricing was affordable for the level of work that was performed. I feel comfortable recommending his services to my friends and family, and even to a complete stranger. He stands behind his work and does it right the first time. That is important to me because in times like these nobody has hard earned money to throw away.

Kudos to Morris Plumbing and Sewer services, if there were more like him in the business there would be less to worry about in the time of an emergency. I would rate the service as 5 Star or Excellent!
