The public area in my house , the stair rail and in between the post of the steps remain dusty after they were finished. Around the corners of the carpets remained untouched after it was shampooed.

Called back to set appointment on Sunday afternoon ! Showed up at appointed time was done in 1 hour . Dryer which was requiring 2-3 cycles to dry a load returned to 100% single cycle efficiency and dry vent pipe to roof repaired for 150.00 money well spent !

Even tough stains that I thought were there to stay came out of the carpeting on my stairs. I was about to bite the bullet to buy new carpet, and after a fabulous Carpet Cleaning, I am keeping my current carpet for at least another year, if not longer.

When I walked in the house I immediately saw crumbs on the floor & crumbs on the table. The bathroom downstairs toilet had not been really cleaned. They did not clean the shower good upstairs. My son‘s game room looked worse when I get home then when I left. Rug not straightened toys not straightened beanbags thrown on the toys. My son has bunkbeds they made the bottom bunk and did not make the top. My house was already tidy I just asked them to clean everything down and they still didn’t do that. The owner offered to come back & was very responsive however the quality of job was not worth it and my trust was broken. I wish I would have read the current reviews. I can’t believe the bathroom toilet was not cleaned well and that there were crumbs on the table where they had not even attempted to wipe it down. My son and I cleaned up after I got home after paying $220 for the service.

Great experience with NACS! The staff sent a courtesy text the day before to confirm the appt. They were punctual and completed the cleaning on time. The owner met me for a walk through. I was very pleased with the job the did!! Already made my follow up cleaning appt!!
