I had a service technician for my dryer come out because my dryer was giving me a funny code. The technician came out, opened up the back and “reset” everything. Everything looked fine when the left. I used the dryer maybe once or twice with no issue or code coming up, I used the dryer again and the exact same code comes up! I called Sears back they said since it’s been passed 30 days they can not re-send a technician out without me paying another $119 for them to do absolutely nothing. It’s been 38 days. I feel like I just given Sears $119 for free!
