Removed a lot of unwanted bushes/plants from around my pool. Leveled it off, nice landscaping, and wall almost doubling the area around my pool deck. Good stuff!

So far so good. I had to replace my company of 15 years. Skyler was great coming out for a quote.

Had someone come out and give me a quote almost a month ago. I've called back three times with a promise to get back to me shortly, and have never heard back. The nice lady that came out really knew what she was talking about and had some great ideas, but if this is how it is just getting a quote, I worry what scheduling actual work would be like.

Great Service -especially from Mr Carl Martin and his crew. Kate always checks to make sure experience is upto par and thay have helped us maintain a difficult garden and lawn for a couple of years now. Highly recommend if in the market for services.

Was never told I had to locate my own utility lines. They hit the water line and I had to pay 1K for an emergency plumber. When I asked for a partial refund on water repairs or some future work credit they quoted the terms and conditions.

There was landscaping being done around the water meter so I would assume that they would have located them, if not I would have paid another company for the work.

Kate came out to my home to discuss my landscape ideas and she left with these words, “I will take the next week to put together an estimate and get back with you.” That was on June 5. It is now July 13. Not a word since then. I had such high hopes for this female-owned company based on my experience up to that point. I’ve called and I written a note to Blooming Gardens requesting an update or status of the estimate. Complete silence. Use this info as you will.

We recently started using BGL and use them for monthly maintenance and they just added pine straw/winter mulch. Always on time and professional service. Can't wait to see what the spring will bring to make our yard pop!

The one star is for the person who came out to give me a quote. They were polite helped me visualize a beautiful back yard I thought I could never have. After the meeting I was told it would take 2 weeks for the quote. After 4 weeks of waiting I called for my quote and was told I’d have something the following week. I called back again after waiting 6 weeks and it was the same response. Today makes it 3/4 months since my first meeting and still no quote. With that being said, I was excited to potentially work with them but no one ever got back to me. Unfortunately I had to move on to working with another landscaper.

LANDSCAPE DESIGN: March 2020 I contacted Bloom'n Gardens Landscape for a quote to clean up, design and plant our large front island. Kate came out for a consultation and listened to my concerns and ideas for the island. I received the quote, paid 1/2 down of quote when I signed the contract (all electronic) and was advised the date the work would be done in April due to previous scheduled work on their books. The crew did a great job on cleaning out the island; trimming all shrubs in the area of the house, planting the plants & flowers and putting down pine straw... all in one day. It looked great & we were pleased with the the design & service, balance of quote paid at the end of the job. Kate, Brooke, the landscape crew and office staff were all very friendly & professional.

Very good service! My only complaint is that there seems to be several different crews that provide different services. When one crew comes out, they may not have the equipment needed to trim back trees, etc. Then you have to wait on the other crew to come, which may not be until the next week or even later. Seems like there is also a lot of turnover within the company. With that being said, yard always looks nice after routine maintenance is performed.

This company come at 400 pm barely cut the little grass our subversion has in each yard. Do not trim any on the ground or out of the trees. Our green space have vine over grown with weed and vine. Then I had to warm them to stop marking my dog inside the fence in my back yard. What type of employee working here?

I looked for a while to find a landscape company that did more than just cut the grass. Bloom'n Gardens was the first that could actually help with maintaining the trees, shrubs, and plants on my property. They come out monthly to take care of everything, including weed maintenance. And they've done an exceptional job so far. They can take a few days to respond to communication in some cases—likely because they're so busy. But they always eventually communicate and do what they say they'll do. I'd highly recommend their services!

We have been customers of Bloom'n Gardens for many years and been highly satisfied with their responsiveness, professionalism, and quality of work. We recently had them install a water feature and rock retaining walls. We have received many compliments on the work and love how it turned out. We recommend this business.

Gladys and Glenn turn my bad experience around completely. The team that came out to do landscaping on my yard did a poor job. I called the office the same day and let them know my dissatisfaction. Gladys listen to my issue and sympathized with my experience and took immediate actions to correct it. She followed up with me with the plan to resolve this issue. The person to resolve the issue was the manager Glenn. He came out to my home within 15mins of me reporting the issue with my service. He saw the issue and started resolving the issue himself. He literally cut my entire yard (front and back) himself with a push lawn mow. When he was finished he said he took picture of my yard before he started cutting to make sure the team the previously cut my yard will learn and not do it again. This was amazing service recovery and I owe it all to Gladys and Glenn. If the owner of Bloom and Garden is reading this, what Gladys and Glenn did is the reason why I am still a loyal customer today. How they recovered the service was professional, quick, and empathic. I realized the value your company gives me that a lot of yard care companies will not do in the way Gladys and Glenn did. I truly want to thank them for restoring the level of service I was expecting! Other companies need to take notes on how Gladys and Glenn treat their customers. Customer service goes a long way in my book when it is done right and Glady and Glenn did a text book job. Please keep it up and let hope this reminds others how this level of customer service creates loyal customers like myself. Cheers!

I engaged Bloom'n Gardens primarily to fix a drainage issue that was leading a puddle of stagnant water, a muddy patch and dying grass. As they were doing that, I asked them to also replace some of the grass with new sod.

The initial consultation seemed promising. They seemed to understand the problem and had a plan.

When the day of the work arrived, they got started early. I then discovered that they were focusing on replacing the sod and not fixing the main problem. Worse still, they replaced an area of grass that they were not supposed to be touching. After I intervened, they made some effort to fix the drainage issue. Unfortunately, it was hard to tell if what they did would actually work.

A month later, it was clear that they had not fixed the problem at all. Eventually, I asked my regular maintenance guy to have a go. He fixed the issue for a fraction of the cost.

Meanwhile, the area of new sod that I had not requested did not take properly and was washed away during heavy rains several weeks later. I had to cover that area in pine straw and I've lost that area of lawn.

I'm writing this review a year later as I review my spending last year. I spent $5,000 to not fix my problem and lose part of my lawn. Pretty annoying.

Yeah, so not recommended, so far as I'm concerned.

We have had a wonderful experience with Bloom'n Gardens. They were very responsive to our original inquiry and able to meet with us quickly afterwards. Kate, the owner, was extremely friendly and professional during our site consultation and bursting with information and ideas. In addition to giving us an in-depth explanation of the installation process for the large retaining wall and fence we want built, she also gave some helpful advice for how to improve our lawn space and what plantings would do well throughout. She then delivered a clear and detailed estimate to us a week after we met (as promised) and we are excited to move into the build phase with them later this year. Highly recommend!

Bloom'n Gardens has maintained our lawn for just over the last year. We have been pleased with their consistent, high-quality service. Our property is on the larger size, and they take time each week to make sure things are done right to make sure the lawn is staying healthy and looking good.

We recently had them install two sets of stone staircases. The crew that did the install were very friendly and made sure to clean up everything after they were done.

We have a small, professionally designed and installed yard in Buckhead. We have been looking for a company to maintain and to pay attention to the details. After going through 4 other landscaping companies with disappointing results, we have found a good one! Tamara is an excellent communicator, and the team is proactive, on time, and on budget. Their follow up after installations is spot on. Their maintenance crews show up every week, and their pricing is fair. We are quite pleased with the team at Bloom'n Gardens and would definitely recommend them.

I recently moved away from GA. My entire time there as a homeowner (7.5 years) Bloom n' Gardens was my landscaping company. They were amazing. I was very pleased with their work. The did my lawn mowing, leaf removal, sod installation, mulching, irrigation system repair, lighting installation. Everything!!! They were so professional that I trusted them and was confident that they would do great work for me. They designed my yard and lighting and it was beautiful, Great curb appeal! When I had a problem one summer with the crew, Kate came out and met with me and handled the problem quickly. I was able to entrust my lawn to them without having to worry about it. I chose to have 12 months of service throughout my time as a customer. I LOVED the fact that everything except mulching was included in that price! They did not nickel and dime me ever!! They took care of my lawn all four seasons. It was worth every penny. I recommend this company highly and without any reservations at all!!

From the moment I made an enquiry with this team, I was impressed. Kate called me right away to confirm receiving my information (that I submitted via the website) and we instantly arranged a time for her to visit me. She was on time, as promised. To-date, three other 'highly rated businesses' had let me down (i.e,. people were significantly late, without prior warning; disappeared; were no longer available etc.).

Kate offered wonderful expertise on the spot and communicated this to her team in such an impressive manner (I witnessed her in action). She covered every single thing we discussed. Then when possible, her Contractors came out, and went to work. The outcome is spot on. My neighbors now want to use Bloom'n Gardens.

The workers were lovely, professional, friendly and kind. In less than a full day, my gorgeous garden was transformed. I love the result - plus the maintenance tips they shared. Kate even turned up on the day to 'check in' and make sure all was being executed according to plan too. Such a lovely, personal touch.

Did an amazing job revamping our front yard garden. From the consultation to the installation of the lawnscape the entire experience was seamless.
Zach was great with taking our ideas and offering great recommendations in how best to enhance our garden with regard to what works best for us and our environment.
Also Kudos to Tone and Tim who completed the landscaping. They were prompt, courteous, meticulous, and did a fabulous job. Highly recommended.
