I have nothing but the highest praise for Matt and his business. Very prompt to respond to our message. He came over quickly even though it was late at night. He THOROUGHLY explained all my options and was extremely helpful and honest. Work was done promptly and professionally. You will not go wrong with Matt.

Sending the greatest thank you to Matt at MD heating and air. He promptly responded to my request for service. He evaluated my AC determining the issue very quickly and advised me with a resolution. All the while he held my families best interest at heart during this hot GA summer's. After responding to the call he showed back up with a stand alone unit to tide me over until repair was complete. I cant thank him enough for his kindness, promptness, courteousness. When I say he showed up and showed out he definitely did!

WoW!! Can't remember the last time I've had an experience like I did today with a contractor in my home. Hmm... Pretty sure, I've NEVER!! During this cold snap (temps in the teens) as many others, my heat went out. I posted on several local FB sites looking for reliable and reasonably priced HVAC companies in hopes of getting same day service. MD Heating & Air was recommended several times on each site.

As a consumer who works in Marketing, I of course checked Google reviews. Score of 4.9, BUT, only 18 reviews. Quite a few of them older, but none the less Good. ALL GOOD, Not a single bad review. We are all hesitant not knowing who we are bring into our home, but I took my chances and made the call.

MD Heating & Air DID NOT disappoint! Although booked, he understood my need and offered to work us in. He advised it would probably be around 4:00 - 5:00. He proceeded to keep me posted throughout the day. Wait... What?? Who does this?? MD Heating & Air... that is who does this.

Upon arrival Matt was very professional, yet very down to earth. Someone you can have a conversation with. Incredibly knowledgeable and informative. A person that truly just wants to help. I was beyond impressed.

Price: VERY reasonable. I expected to and would have paid considerably more considering the service we received.

When Matt left I was in aww... I looked at my husband and said... Did that just happen? People like this no longer exist.

Final thought: Do not hesitate or second guess (I did), pick up the phone and call MD Heating & Air. They will answer, show up, and show out!!

Matt was prompt and efficient when we called with a problem. We have been having trouble for a while and have gone through several companies in attempt to remedy the problem with no luck. Matt came to the house and worked until he identified several concerns, and started from the bottom up to implement a plan to fix the problems. He was honest, thorough and fair throughout the entire process and finally fixed the issues we have been having. He is honest and fair in his pricing and has amazing communication, calling and texting us to make sure there have been no further problems and that all systems were working well. We will not use anyone else from now on!

Such a wonderful experience with MD! I called at 5pm on a Monday and the owner made every effort to get someone out to our house that night but due to my schedule I couldn’t be home for them to come. They had the service tech, Forrest, out the next morning. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it all within 45 minutes. This was my first time using them and will definitely only call them in the future. I am also signing up for their maintenance plan. Thanks, yall!

Absolute phenomenal work and customer service! Matt came in and immediately saw the issue, an illegal pipe job and all around messed up workmanship. He did his due diligence (checking codes and calling around to find out who had installed it). After the original installer would not come to fix it. We talked with Matt and his crew and they came out 2 days later ready install and take care of all the issues and there were ALOT. Everyone was kind, considerate and helpful! (Even answered questions about plumbing and they definitely didn’t have to!) 10/10 recommend for all your HVAC needs!

What a Wonderful experience with MD Heating and Air. I had a leak from clogged drain line, in my house. I called on a Friday before the holiday weekend. Matt sent a crew of knowledgeable, experienced men same day! His crew knew exactly what the problem was and my issue was resolved within minutes.
