The electrician Jeff was very knowledgeable. Before he cut a hole in the wall he made sure I was okay with the location. On each process we went through he would always consult with me to make sure I was okay with what he was doing. Highly recommend Bird Electric

I have an issue with losing power on one side of my home in 2 rooms and the technician did not fix the issue. Nor did he look outside of the breaker box. He did replace a breaker and changed it to meet the wiring wattage but it was an expense that I did not have to take on at that time. I was charged a service fee, 1.5 hours labor, and charged $65 for a part that he said was only going to be $15. So now I have to find a way to pay for another electrician to come back out and evaluate my power loss. Very disappointed with my service. But I will say he did come out quickly.
