Used Highground to install plan developed by a competitor. They improved the plan and their installation was so well done. They are so easy to work with that I've hired them for my monthly yard maintenance. I highly recommend these people!

We hired Highground Landscapes a couple years ago to redo our backyard. We wanted the backyard regraded and an ongoing drainage issue addressed. We were initially pleased with how it came out.....until the first big rain storm. The drainage was worse than it was before, It backed up into a big pool and proceeded to flood our screened porch and into our living room. They came back once and added a catch basin, but the issue is no better. I tried calling and emailing several times and they just would not respond. Since then. We had to pay to have our living room floor replaced because of it. I am now looking at having to spend another $8-10k to fix the drainage issue.

I don't typically write reviews but their quality of work and business integrity are as poor as it comes and feel obligated to give fair warning to anyone considering using therm. I gave them 3 properties to maintain. They repeatedly provided sub par quality work. I repeatedly called Matt the manager about these quality issues and finally after many months had a meeting with him and Randell who I thought was the owner. We looked at the poor quality of the yard and all the issues including weeds not removed and hedges not cut. I clearly explained to them my expectations again. I actually gave them more landscape work to do as I thought they were sincere in resolving my issues. There work was completed but again with poor quality and further issues. The very next time they came out to do the yard maintenance they didn't even cut part of the grass. Then they just didn't show up. I called them after about 2 weeks and the yard looking horrible to find out when they were coming out next. They said they weren't coming out until I paid my bill. They didn't bother to call me and tell this. They just don't show up. What kind of customer service is this? Let me be clear, this bill was not late in being paid it was late because they messed up and had to issue credits and a new bill. I immediately paid them so they would resume the yard maintenance. Then 1 day after receiving the money I received this email from them: "We have received your payment in full. After looking into your accounts I feel that it is best for both of us to discontinue our business relationship" They really don't understand customer service or quality. Beware.

Matt and Duncan have been great and super responsive! They really work hard and care about your yard as if it was their own. Would definitely recommend this company.

Avoid - Lazy workers - Don't ever hire them!
My HOA pays them to cleanup the leaves and debris on our street in our development. On a weekly basis, they are paid to come and they do a perpetual poor job. Today, I watched on of their workers in action or I should I say there was very little work done. There was no cleanup of the leaves. He simply blew some leaves under the base of some nearby bushes. I questioned the worker when he turned off the machine about the incomplete job. He became belligerent and flipped me off as he was leaving. Look at the photos of his fine work. What a sorry state of affairs at Precision Enterprises - they are a joke of a company.

2020 Update - A year later and the company is still doing a poor job. After I complained a year ago, there was some improvement when my HOA talked to the company owners but it has not been sustained. They are cheap for a reason. Today was another example of the perpetual poor job they do. I watched as the worker again simply blew the leaves and debris under some nearby bushes. He also ignored and did not pickup two limbs that had fallen from a recent storm. A continuing sad state of affairs at Precision Enterprises - avoid them!

I tried to grow grass for eight years in front of my house on a slope with excess shade, Eight failures. OK in April, by July MAJOR ugly.

My wife recommended landscaping as an alternative. I intereviewed/got bids from multiple firm, evaluated the reviews. I was impressed with the Operations Mgr, who sized the effort, recommended the plan, and provided the bid. They were not the lowest bidder. In my experience, using price as the only metric is being penny wise and pound foolish.\

I could not be more pleased with the work the Highground installation crew did for me. They were meticulous and accommodating. I needed a little more done. They did not take advantage. Innis and his team (on a scale from 1 to 5) deserves a 5 PLUS. I have attached a photo.

The office, not so much. This evaluation for the overall company, is a 4.

Very good experience with Highground and Duncan! The estimate and design was fast and thorough. The execution of the project as flawless. Great daily oversight and management until completion. Along with several post follow-up visits to ensure quality. They transformed a rough looking front yard into a aesthetically pleasing yard. Highly recommend taking the Highground

Highground installed a stone walkway and sod in our backyard. They were excellent to work with and the end result is great. They were very responsive and communciated well. They took all the right steps when laying the sod. They took the time to install the stone walkway correctly and it all came together. I would definitely use them again. Thank You.

The two projects completed by Greenleaf turned out better than we could have imagined! Timely and helpful! We will have them back to our yard soon!

I have had Greenleaf Landscaping for a couple of years now, and they continue to perform a wonderful job. My grass is finally thriving and looking very thick. There is one area of patchiness that they have been working on, and I see much improvement. Looking forward to see what that area will look like in the coming months.

I called on Monday to have a quote made for just my front yard and part of the sidewalk, about 1.5 - 2k sq/ft at most. I asked to have someone call me before they showed up for the inspection so I could talk to them about what I wanted taken care of going around the property. I did not want them to service the entire property because there is no need to thanks to our rental agreement. I was also told they don't do any kind of chemical treatments or do anything with weeds.
Today I get the quote for $3.2k claiming they have came out to our property and assessed we needed a property cleanup and their 70 BALES OF PINESTRAW? First of all, they didn't come out here, we have a camera pointing out front and nor has anyone taken the time to talk to me. Second, where is 70 bales of pinestraw going to go in our yard and for what?
Third, there IS a service for Pulling and Spraying weeds as noted in this quote.
I called them back today so someone could explain to me how they determined this was a fair quote and to explain where the representative was when he hasn't been on property or given me a call, but I haven't received an e-mail or phone call back.
I see there are only perfect reviews for this company so I'm honestly shocked this is how getting just a quote went.

Excellent work and great suggestions at a reasonable price

Our neighbors use this service and they constantly drive into our yard trying to back up into the neighbors driveway. The last time, they spun their wheels out and damaged our decorative grass. They saw me looking at it and drove off without saying a word.

This last summer, their workers parked in front of our property and had lunch. They threw their watermelon rinds, orange peels, chicken skin and chicken bones all over the street, in our grass and even flung it into our trees in our yard, thinking we would find it. Chicken bones are extremely dangerous to our dog and the other dogs that walk our street.

I tried to email them about all of this, but they haven't responded, so here we are. They seem to not care about anyone else's property unless you are paying them for their service. I would not hire them, unless you don't like your neighbors.
