I have a wool area rug under a dining table that gets constant use. Over the 15 years I've had the rug it has gotten several small stains from drips and spills. I dropped off the rug last week (Jonquil will pick up and deliver but I received a discount for dropping off myself). I got the rug back today and it looks brand new! Every stain is gone and the rug is no longer matted and tired looking. I love the rug and am happy it has gotten a facelift!

I had a fast turn around and with Christmas in the middle and they were able to clean AND repair my rug before company came to town. It was faster than expected! I had had a rough morning when I dropped the rug off and was a little out of sorts. The staff were empathetic and helpful and Rose gave me a much needed hug. I found this company via a google search. With a quick call I was able to get an estimate. I decided to drop off and pick up on my own. It was done in less than a week. I’m extremely happy with the results. I think this is much better (and thorough) than what you can get with an in home rug cleaning. I will definitely use this service again. All the employees were pleasant as well.

Jonquil cleaned 2 Turkish rugs… they are soooo clean. Also repaired foundation damage and eliminated pet odors. Communication was fantastic!

I had them clean my 50 year old Persian rug. Intake was quick, inspection was thorough and they advised up front what they may not be able correct due to the pet damage present. The result was better than I expected, completed when promised at a reasonable price. Service was very friendly. I will use again.

Was an amazing experience and will definitely use them again when needed and recommend them to others. I took a handful of rugs that I got in Morocco that were wool on wool that they treated with amazing care. I also took a white rug that was full of quite a few pet stains that they brought back basically to new. All this with super reasonable prices make this my new go to for any rug cleaning. They provided me the pros and cons to various options to re-fringe my rug and the various implications of each option. They cleaned this door area rug more thoroughly than it has ever been cleaned. As usual, Jonquil did a great job cleaning two of my antique wool rugs. One is a long runner and the other a smaller rectangle. They also cleaned the pads and made a repair. I always appreciate their staff and the job done!

Great outcome! Had stored a rug for 19 years in the bottom of a basement closet and the cream background had yellowed. Jonquil got it back to its original color. Couldn’t be happier.

The best place to come and get your carpet clean. I dropped it off right before Thanksgiving.and it was damp. My schedule has been so busy and they were very accommodating of that. I picked it up the other day and it is beautiful as usual. This is my second time using them. I wouldn’t go anywhere else superior service.
