Kiwi has the best warranty program that allows customers to pay only $4 per room after the initial program cost. Within a year, I've used Kiwi three times. They are on time and clean very well. One time I was a little dissatisfied with the cleaning of a tech, Kiwi quickly sent a new tech out to clean the carpet again -- at no additional cost to me. I plan on using them over and over again. Plus, they're affordable.

We've used Kiwi multiple times for carpet cleaning as well as a couple of times for duct cleaning. They are always professional and do a fantastic job. They're always pleasant to speak with and their customer service is unbeatable. We continue to be happy and satisfied customers.
