I have a painted white brick home that has been somewhat neglected the past 5 years. I called sunshine cleaning services to discuss a soft wash. Mark was extremely responsive which is hard to find these days. Came right out to my house the same day and gave me a very fair price. I also got the driveway pressure washed and they both look brand new. I would highly recommend this company to anyone seeking top level service.

We wanted to make our home exterior crisp and clean prior to listing for sale, and Mark really came through for us on a tight timeline with excellent quality. There was some inclement weather that would have caused other companies to be delayed, but Mark, Pedro and his team adapted their schedules to help us stay on time for our listing photos. We really appreciate their work, their effort, and the pricing is reasonable as well.

I found Sunshine Cleaning through recommendations from my neighbors. Pedro provided a soft wash on all exterior surfaces including driveway, sidewalk, patio, deck and gutters. He took care of moving furniture back and forth both before and after the cleaning, reviewed the services offered before getting started, and an offered a final walk through after he was done. The pricing seemed competitive and the company owner, Mark, even offered seasonal discounts. I would recommend Sunshine to anyone for their exterior cleaning needs.

I was totally satisfied with the work done by Sunshine Cleaning. They softwashed my driveway, sidewalk, and house, also cleaned all exterior windows,and the interior windows that were too high for me to do. They arrived a few minutes before our appointment time, explained each step of the process, and were responsive to my questions. Mark and his helper both worked so hard, and did a thorough job. Will definitely use them again.

Thiago and Vini came out today to do a “soft wash” of the house and to wash the exterior windows. They did a great job and the house looks so much better. You never realize how dirty the house has become until it is cleaned.

I recently hired Sunshine Cleaning Service to soft wash the siding on my house. Mark did a fantastic job cleaning the entire exterior of my home from the gutters down. I hadn't realized how much algae, mildew, and dirt had built up until I got the dreaded letter from the HOA. It looks completely clean now, and hardly took any time at all. I was especially pleased at how clean the gutters ended up since they had gotten pretty grimy. Communication was great and Mark was super friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

These guys did a fantastic job cleaning our house, deck, and driveway. It was a night and day difference between our house before and after they cleaned it. These guys came over just a few days after I reached out, gave us a good price, and gave our driveway a much needed facelift. Before and after pics are attached, should be obvious which is which.

First, I'd like to say that Mark and his son Pedro are wonderful people who are a pleasure to talk to and work with.

I first hired Sunshine to come clean my gutters, which were in dire need. Not only did they get my gutters emptied, but they informed me that another company had not followed through on installing gutter guards as I had initially thought.

Which brings me to the second time I hired Sunshine. Instead of going with the large company who wanted to meet a minimum before even coming out, I went with Mark and Sunshine to install the gutter guards. He was super transparent in pricing and again super quick with coming out to get them installed. Pedro was so quick that I had nearly missed the entire installation. And before leaving, they even did a courtesy blow off of the remaining gutters.

I'll definitely be using Sunshine for my future exterior cleaning needs.

TL:DR - Mark and Pedro with Sunshine are amazing people who do amazing work at honest prices and I'll gladly use them in the future.

Sunshine Cleaning Service did a beautiful job on our windows. They did the most thorough and perfect cleaning we've ever experienced. They are very customer service oriented.
