Noah was amazing in and out checked everything out installed my filters. He could see I have been maintaining my system for years and I got my money worth out of it already. He was very professional, courteous, honest and so knowledgeable for a young man. I hope to see him in 6 months for my next check up👍🏼🙏🏼

Trey and Jeff came out today to install my new HVAC system. These guys did a great job and answered any questions I had and left everything clean.
Wish I could give a 10 star rating I can’t forget Caleb he was incredibly helpful and answered my million questions during the process.

Mr Austin Hartley was very professional and knowledgeable about what he was doing. It did not take him a long time to figure out what the problem was and what he needed to do to rectify the problem. He came back the very next day he changed all the parts and he insulated all of the parts for the air conditioner and heating unit. I would recommend him over and over and over and over again.

I had an exceptional experience with Air Force Heating and Air. The team truly went above and beyond! Bryant, Ron, and Mendy are absolutely PHENOMENAL. From start to finish, they showed professionalism, care and genuine dedication to making sure everything was done correctly and in a timely manner They took the time to explain every detail, answered all of my questions-which I had several(haha) and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the process.

From my first call to AirForce Heating & Air, until my new system install I was always treated with respect. Talked directly to people and they called back when they said they would. Fair pricing and gave me valid choices of systems. Installation was smooth and on the day assigned. So glad I know them now for all my future work .

Regretfully, I must change my review. I had my bathtub faucets repaired in March and the tile was broken. Ron was very professional while he was in my home performing the repair but my tile was NEVER replaced. I have contacted the office several times without any assistance. I keep getting the run around. I was informed that previous supervisor is no longer employed with them. The new supervisor contacted me, I believe his name is Randall, told me that he would get it taken care. But he called me to say that someone was supposed to come look at the tile but they NEVER did. He said he was not informed that they could not come to my home AFTER I called weeks later questioning AGAIN. I have been waiting since March for my bathtub tile to be replaced. Ron placed a heavy duty trash bag along with tape assuring me that it would be replaced. I am wondering when. Now I feel it will never happen. Although, they were efficient with my AC and my hot water heater, I will NEVER use them. If this is how Veterans are treated, I wonder how everyone else is. I am now going to have to pay someone else to fix my tiles. I will no longer do business with AirForce Heating and Air. I recommend others to steer clear!!! I am extremely unsatisfied with the run around and unprofessionalism of their office/employees!!! I am including videos of my bathtub that I emailed to Melissa in June.

I'd previously used AirForce Heating and Air to install an AC unit and I respected their professionalism and excellent service so I knew who to contact when my hot water heater began leaking water.
Therefore,I sent a request for service through their portal and received a call within an hour. I explained my situation, my hot water heater was totally busted and water was running everywhere! Chris was sent out to evaluate it quickly. He explained that I would definitely need a new hot water heater.
Afterwards, I spoke with Rhett who stated it could be installed the same day if it was delivered before 5 pm. Unfortunately, I could not get it fixed until the very next day.
Ron around promptly the very next morning to install it. He was very professional and helpful throughout the whole process.
I would definitely recommend Airfore Heating and Air!!

Derrek Mitchell was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I’ve had other technicians come out and couldn’t quite handle my issues. His expertise showed. Within minutes he diagnosed the issue and meticulously addressed it. I’m highly appreciative of his service and attention to detail. Thank you Derrek for going above and beyond!
