Great company to use if you're trying to have trees removed many years of experience

I personally did not hire this company our neighbor did. They are extremely happy with their work and during this our mailbox was damaged. They repaired it and it looks better than it did originally.

They came out and sent me the paperwork. They never called back. I called them and got the runaround. I used them in the past and will never waste my time again. I guess they like to stack up the backlog and say screw it to the smaller jobs. Just be honest and say you can't take to the job at this time.

I requested a quote, had David come out and look at a large tree to take down. Sent me the quote same day - I said ok lets do it. Heard nothing for two months, called them every month after that to see when they would come. Eight months later still had no information on when they could take the tree down. Very disappointed & hired another company to take the tree down - only took them 1 month to get it done.

i was very satisfied w/ their professional service they provided for me. they are efficient, expert safe and hardworking tree specialist for cutting and removing a huge tree i had w/ partially over my roof. i look forward using them soon.

The guys came out yesterday to remove this massive oak tree in the middle of our yard, a bit of pruning on another tree, a few dead forks and about 5 stumps. I could not be more pleased about there efforts. The guy working the oak was so precise when dropping the massive limbs to not hit our home or deck. The on site foreman was extremely helpful in answering my questions (I had never seen tree guys work before, it's honestly an art form). Now we as the homeowner have the ability to transform our mudpit/junker of a back yard into a grassy spot for our dogs to roam and our baby on the way to play in. I cannot express enough how happy we are with the work these guys did and I can't wait to continually watch my yard transform. Thanks guys!

We hired ace to take down a tree as the gentleman was nice and quoted a good deal. Then they never responded for 3 months to phone calls or emails. When we did get a hold of them it was always will call you back in the morning than nothing. We finally got them to schedule a date and they never showed up.

Have used ACE Tree Surgery three times in the past 12 years. Excellent service each time. Fast, speedy estimates. Had several large trees cut down & branches trimmed on other giant hardwoods. Crew was very respectful of surrounding landscaping & yard. Fast, efficient work. Thank you David Gaddy & crew for doing a fantastic job.

Ace Tree Surgery was quick to provide a quote for me. It took repeated calls and two months later for them to show up to do the work. The crew was very good and did an excellent job trimming some large branches that were overhanging my house. However, there were large branches and trash (empty water bottles) left at their work area. I have called repeatedly for them to return to clean up, but have received no response. Not sure I would use them again.

I highly recommend Ace. A family business of many years experience with superb equipment. I have used Ace on two occasions, each of which were excellent. The first time a storm blew a tree on my barn ang Donald Gaddy supervised a wonderful crew which removed it and the needed repairs were immediately and successfully made. The job just finished involved two water oaks with measured diameters of 3 feet 10 inches each located less than 6 feet from the house and swimming pool. The job only took less than 2 full working days and the site was left perfectly clean. The price was quite reasonable.

Ace Tree Surgery was really great. They showed up with all the equipment and men they needed. In no time at all, they cleared the fallen limbs from our roof, plus trimmed two oaks and 16 crepe Myrtle’s. I couldn’t ask for a better job. I’ll have them do our work again.

If I could leave zero starts I would. It’s been a couple months since I used this company and I was unhappy the two times they had to come out, but the more I start to do yard work this spring, the more I notice. My backyard is a creek- that seems to be there they decided to dispose of a lot of the debris. Not to mention, they cut down one of my dogwoods by mistake. They also cut the bottom of one of my trees and left it there since it was intertwined with another tree, so now I am left doing that on my own. They also damaged my burn barrel somehow- not sure how that happens when it was nowhere near any trees.

The person that came out to quote the job agreed to so much more than the guys that came out to do the job. When explaining to the foreman what I had talked to them about he told me “he’s not a landscaper”. I paid the quote and got half the job. Total rip off. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I’m not one to review anything but I feel like other people should be aware when using this company.

Good guys is an understatement for these guys! We had a large red oak terrorizing our back yard and pool. Andrew came and gave us a very competitive estimate. They were very nice and scheduled the tree removal for a time that was convenient for us. Yesterday a large group of guys arrived and took down our large tree in a matter of 2-3 hours.

I would like to give my strongest recommendation for Weston Tree Service. I was particularly impressed with Josh and his crew to ensure that no damage was done to others trees in the vicinity of those removed. They were meticulous when planning how to lower heavy limbs. Not only did Josh go to a plant nursery and send me pictures of what I should replace those removed trees with, but he met me at the nursery so he could transport them to my house for planting. Now, I’ve got someone I can count on in the future to do a great job at a fair price for any tree removal and landscaping.

We had several tall trees near our house. Called Weston Tree Service and made an appointment with Josh. He showed up when he said he would, offered advice, and gave us an immediate quote to remove 3 tall trees, three stumps, and a crepe myrtle including stump. Very reasonable price quoted, and when I saw how much work it required I really realized what a value it was! Very professional and efficient. A great experience! I wouldn’t hesitate to hire Weston again and highly recommend to others. Oh, and a bonus to support local, family owned business.

Josh and his crew did an excellent job removing around 20 pine trees and a few hard woods from our new home! They got the job done quickly and efficiently. They were flexible and able to work with us on everything we needed. From start to finish it was a great experience and we will definitely use them again in the future. I would recommend them to anyone who needs tree removal services!

We had 5 huge pines that had died, and Josh and his team worked us in quickly. Did a great job with their cleanup and communication the whole time. This was for our neighborhood HOA, but I would recommend to any homeowner as well. Great work! They will also stump grind and pick up the mulch if needed!
