They showed up well within the expected timeframe and were very courteous. My issue is not with the guys picking up, but with the agent who took my information. I said I had a king mattress and box spring and a loveseat. Somehow there was an additional charge for a "club chair"? I have no idea what that is or why she put it on my order. I did not realize until after they came to pick up that there was another item they were told was to be picked up. It is my mistake that I said a king instead of a queen mattress and box springs, that's on me, but the "club chair" I have no idea what that is.
