The process was quick and easy. LoadUp kept me informed of time/date of pick-up and texted their estimated arrival time and the name of the Loader assigned to us. They arrived when they said they would. Charles was very cheerful and efficient and our mattress was loaded up and taken away in no time.

Rodrick and his partner arrived on time and efficiently removed and loaded my old sofa. They were friendly and careful when they removed the sofa. I would definitely use them again.

Wonderful! Very easy to make the appointment online. Got confirmation very quickly. The two person crew was punctual, friendly, and quickly took away the mattresses. We will definitely consider them the next time we need stuff hauled away.

Absolutely wonderful experience! Christa contacted me after I needed to change my mattress size for the pickup only hours after sending in the change request. She was able to get me a refund for the difference, which is REALLY nice. Then Khider called me on his way to my house for the pickup to let me know he was coming! I have severe anxiety and this helped me SO much. He and his assistant were so friendly and helpful! 10/10 experience!! I will be using this company again in the future.

LoadUp is a great service to get rid of donations before a move. We had 2 great pick up crews. Today’s went great with Denis and crew.
