I called for service and was able to get someone out the same day. They came out and charged me $1500 to clear the line to the house to the tank. 5 days later it’s clogged again. I called and now they can’t get me on the schedule for 5 days and don’t know whether it’ll be free to get them to flush that pipe again. Very disappointed in follow through service with this company.

I have used this company twice and each time they done a good job. Anthony was prompt and efficient. He took time to explain everything . He did a great job with my hot water heater.

Brandon and Caleb were great! Installed my toilets, fixed my shower leak and got my bathtub faucet back working in reasonable time. They even retrieved my new toilets out of my car for me and put all my bathroom decor back in place when they were done. I always call Delta for my plumbing needs because their customer service is always top notch.

Chris and his team were very professional! We used them for septic tank service because it was backing up in the house. He explained everything they needed to do and was honest and up front about cost, no additional charges added at the last minute and there is a 6 month guarantee on their work. I would recommend Delta Plumbing to anyone and if I ever need them again, I won’t hesitate to call!

Mr Brandon Smith and his brother were professional, attentive to their work, knowledgeable, and efficient. My 94 year old mother needed a fast toilet repair. I called Delta due to their commercials on the radio am750. They were very trustworthy, and dedicated to my mothers customer satisfaction. They explained everything.
Delta sends the very best. I will call Delta again in the future. I highly recommend Delta due to the quality of their professionals.

Isaac F. was assigned to us for leak detection services. He was very professional, great customer service. From the time he arrived he asked what the issue was, what had been done, and then proceeded to explain every step of the way what he was doing throughout the process. Once leak was detected, he outlined the next steps for repair and the best possible outcome to resolve issue. Very happy with service and would definitely use Delta Plumbing if needed.

First, called early around 8 am on 11/09/22. An appointment was set for between 2 and 4 pm on that day. I get a call after 3pm stating that they would not be able to come, and would be there the next day. Now my septic tank was backed up and we could not use the water in the house. To tell a customer who had been waiting all day for service, that at the last minute that they can't come was very disappointing. Ok they came today, 11/10/2022. Only to try to sell me a bunch of things that I didn't need. I was quoted a $300. price and by the time they finished saying I need to replace this and that, ( I replaced a T-trap and really didn't need it) the bill would have been over $2500, had I agree. I'm glad that as a homeowner, I know how the systems in my home works. Whoa until them that don't know and are taken advantage of their not knowing.

Dylan came out quickly. They were professional, polite, and explained the issue in an easy to understand way. They gave me several options without high pressure selling anything and I felt completely satisfied with my experience.

Brandon was very professional and personable at the same time. I had a large leak just past the meter on my side. The pipe had broken and there was a part that had to be replaced. I can’t remember the name of it. I was very happy it was fixed, and the water could be turned back on. He also showed me how he could tell the leak was fixed. Thanks so much for getting someone out so quick at a time when pipes were bursting everywhere, from the very cold weather. (Only one for me though)

I used this service for a septic tank issue which required immediate attention. They called early Monday and scheduled an appointment at 0800. Zach our technician was very professional and excellent in explaining the issue and ensuring we were comfortable with the repair. It was costly but I feel the quality of service and 3 year warranty are worth it. Highly recommend this company.

Today we called for pump out! Little did me know it was a much bigger job. However after nearly 4 hours we have a practically new system. Much improved from the 30 year old mess that they found. Zack, Gene and Phillip did a great job!

The technician was professional and courteous. They were timely and careful. I have used this company before and I recommend it to others. However, I would suggest the technician explain the additional costs for upgrades and inform the customer these items are not needed, but suggested. Now, after a week or so, the same problem still exists. So I will be calling them back today.

I called late Monday morning because I was smelling something awful throughout my home. Donovan was prompt to answer and came out to my home. He assessed the situation and what I liked most, he took the time to show and explain what was happening. He then explained how to fix the problem.

Mr. Scott was great. He was on time. He diagnosed the problem quickly. He was knowledgeable about the system and how to get us working again. I was very impressed with him. Our hot water is back and there are no more leaks under the sink or in the basement.

I needed to have my septic tank drained and cleaned out. Devin and his crew were on time and got right into things. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me in great detail. I had to leave before they finished, but he shared a number of pictures documenting their work and finish. Will definitely use these guys in the future.

Originally Zach and the guys came to my house to pump my septic system but we soon found out it needed way more than just pumping. We needed repair also. This is my first experience with a septic system so I only knew little bits and pieces about maintenance and etc. He walked me through the whole process and explained what needed to be done and what the cost would be. It was definitely a process but he kept me updated with the progress. All of the guys were friendly and professional; I’ll definitely call them again to help with maintenance!

Excellent service! He said he would get here in 15min and he did! Great help very educated and helped me understand some common problems and how to look out for them. If I ever need any plumbing help in the future I will be reaching out to Deltas team and hopefully Scott will be available again!

I had an emergency service issue with a busted water line in my ceiling. I had to turn my water off. Austin, Steven's Tech, came out in inspected the issue. He was able to take care of the issue in a timely manner. I know have running water and even better hot water. Great People! Great Company!

I had Anthony computer and install a tankless water heater and he was great. Very thorough and did a great job getting it installed so quickly after our previous water heater had leaked and broken. He was able to answer all my questions and complete the job same day. While the prices were a bit higher, I think it was worth due to the clean work he did repiping our water lines. It’s clear why you go with Delta for a job like this. Great job Anthony!
