Reviews of local pros in McDonough, Georgia

THIS IS ONE OF THE MOST PROFESSIONAL HVAC COMPANIES I HAVE EVER USED, FROM TEXTING CONFIMATION TIMES TO WEARING BOOTIES AND NOT TRACKING A BUNCH OF STUFF THROUGH MY HOUSE. GREG WILLIAMS IS THE 3RD GENERATION FAMILY OWNED, THERE PRICING AND OVERALL WORK WAS THE BEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD FROM A SERVICE COMPANY...

Replacing an entire HVAC system can be overwhelming and stressful but Willams Heating & Air made the entire process easy and seamless. Greg Williams took the time to explain the entire installation schedule from start to finish and a breakdown of cost involved. Their workmanship is meticulous and I would highly recommend this company. Jay H- Stockbridge, GA

Mr. Greg Williams did great job servicing my mom’s heating unit in Griffin, GA. I will recommend Williams Heating & Air Conditioning to all of family and friends.

He deserves 10 Stars!! After hearing an outrageous quote for just a " builders grade" system, I called Mr. Williams. He was shocked at the price & brand. The 3 best American hvac systems were: Train, Lenox, & Rheem. Train stays near top becuz of their name. They buy foreign parts & quality has gone down horribly! It's just the name that still keeps them on list of best....Mr. Wiliams was the FIRST REAL SOUTHERN GENTLEMAN I'VE MET HERE!!! He is full of honesty, integrity, sticks to what he says, even if he has to eat any differences. He IS THE TOTAL SOUTHERN PACKAGE!! SOUTHERN HOSPITALITY, CHRISTIAN (not just on Sun!!) To put it plainly, HE'S A REAL MAN!!! Not easy to find in this, " all about 'me" world. He got me the coolest air filter!! I've been dealing w/massive sinus issues for last 2 yrs, gotten worse last 4 months... I live in the bathroom having "Saline water" party's all day!! We decided on best system, Rheem! For both gas heater & air cond. They installed yesterday, & Im already noticing a difference. My hubby, me, & our 2 Persians had been sneezing for the past year & ½!!
I can't say enough good (Great!!) About Mr. Williams & HIS MEN!!! They are all Reeking of Integrity, Honesty, & Total Southern Hospitality!! He's a verry busy man, doesn't have to advertise because he's so stinkin "Good", word of mouth keeps him goin & goin & goin. His wife, & family are sooo lucky to have such a good man in their lives. I could talk forever about this Awesome businessman, because all businesses seem to be out to get all they can. Too bad. They could learn a lot from Mr. Greg Williams of Williams heating & cooling. 1st & foremost, how to treat people, & be fair! Our units are soo pretty! First 2 pics are our old system, next 2 are the new ones, the air cond. Has a flippin computer in it!
The 4th pic has new air purifier on it at top (Reme Halo!!) that works on Ionization & 4 other things. I love it alll very much!

Great and honest company. Another company gave my Mom a quote for $7,000 in repairs. Williams got it done quickly at a fraction of the cost. Very grateful for good people. Thanks!

We have used this company since moving to the Locust Grove area. Always honest, always dependable. Prices are fair and reasonable compared to big box companies.

Highly recommend. You will not be disappointed.

Mr.Williams. took time from his off day on a Sunday: came to my house and repaired my heating system for more reasonable payment then Hammond Heating and Air in Griffin Ga. Mr. Williams was kind and professional and caring. Mr. Williams was concerned that my heat went out during bitter cold and said I am coming to see if I can get your heat going and he did. I am so grateful to Mr. Williams that help me out with my heating system. Thank you so much and God Blessed you. Mr. Williams. Mr. Williams saved me $7000.00.
