Alex did a great job!

His initial visit resulted in a part that needed to be ordered. It should have been delivered to my home prior to his next arrival.

However, the part was never ordered! He then took the initiative to find the part locally, pick it up, and complete the repair.

That's the true definition of customer service!

Our family had an AC unit that stopped blowing cool air during the hottest parts of the recent heatwave, and it was difficult finding help. But we got lucky - Kevin came to our family's rescue. He was very professional and personable, and he quickly and correctly assessed the issue with our compressor and worked quickly to secure a replacement and complete the repair so we could start cooling the house again. He advised me on things I could do to improve my unit's efficiency and made sure I was satisfied with the repair before moving on to his next appointment. Kevin made a very strong impression on me - so much so that if I need help with my heating/cooling system in the future, I'm going to request Kevin be assigned to my work order. Thank you sir!

Patrick was more than willing to come in and start the work on my refrigerator. It was difficult at all for him to find the source of the issue. Patrick calmly and professionally explained the issue to my and I. We are delighted to have Sears as our new warranty provider.

Kern the Tech came to perform annual maintenance on my washer and dryer. He was courteous and friendly taking the time to show me things that I can do myself to help perform regular maintenance. I really appreciated him doing that. He of course performed a great job and had my appliances looking brand new inside.

Anthony presented himself in a very professional manner; he explained what he will be doing and looking out for any issues to address to me. I have had my washer and dryer for 25 years and he maintained them to continue to last. I really Anthony for his knowledge and his kindness.

The repairman was very polite and professional; even though he was UNABLE TO REPAIR my washer because the parts are NO LONGER AVAILABLE. He did the best he could without the parts necessary to make repairs. It’s a shame that the Manufacturer does not make/stock parts anymore for their equipment.
