I am still having problems with this dryer. I am so upset. The technician has done everything.
I tried calling the number and could not get a person. I had another disappointment today. I have an appointment for 8-12 and it is 3:15 and no one has showed up. I took off work for this appointment. I need someone to call me. This is awful!! -

Alex did a great job!
His initial visit resulted in a part that needed to be ordered. It should have been delivered to my home prior to his next arrival.
However, the part was never ordered! He then took the initiative to find the part locally, pick it up, and complete the repair.
That's the true definition of customer service!

Made an appointment days ahead for the time frame between 1pm and 5pm and then a technician shows up at 10am while we weren't home. We called before noon the same day to have them still come to our house but they rescheduled the appointment for two days later. Two days later our appointment time frame was again between 1pm and 5pm and at 7:30am I received a text saying my technician was on the way. At 8:36am while looking at my phone I received a text saying my appointment was canceled and then someone tried to call my phone and immediately hung up and wouldn't answer when I called them right back. I called the company and they said my appointment had indeed been canceled and I asked why since I wasn't the one who canceled and all they offered was to reschedule an appointment for a third time. Ya no thanks....I should have read the other reviews earlier 😒
