In all honesty, I would not even rate this store one star. The only reason I even came to this location was because a Pergola my husband and I were purchasing was processed by their contractor at this location. Our HOA didn't approve the pergola, so it called for us to cancel the installation. I was told that I would have to come to the store to process the refund. I went to the store and the young lady told me that I would have to wait one business day in order for them to do a refund. So I waited and drove another 30 minutes the next day for processing. I returned the next day only to be told that something needs to be processed on the end of the contractor and that I could return Sunday morning for processing. The young lady told me to come around 11 on Sunday and she would process the refund of o er $2700. Cool, I will come after church. When I get there and ask for her, they say she is not working today. I told them the issue and a young girl processed the refund. Well, because of the amount my bank flagged it and locked my card. They texted and called me immediately. I told them what was going on, they released the flag once I verified that it was not fraud. Now we were ready to process the refund. Well, on their end, they said now the balance was 0.00. They called management, bookeeping and IT. The manager came and they held a meeting in front of my husband and I. We watched this young manager give his workers the final say that they were not going to process my refund today and to come back tomorrow at 10 for a cash refund. So now my husband has to rearrange his schedule, go back to this dreadful location, get cash, drive back to the bank to deposit the cash. Then I was told well it was your bank. So basically, it's my fault. The manager did not even have the common courtesy to acknowledge us and inform us of why this final decision was made and why we would be yet inconvenienced another day. They were not inconvenienced when they so easily debited the money. These last few days have been such a headache, I will never return to it. It is unfortunate because we are getting so many things done to the house, but because of the lack of customer care and being more worried about things on their end rather than the satisfaction of their customer.

MJG heating and air was awesome! Mr. Grissett was respectful, very professional and came out immediately! I called Mr. Grissett (my neighbor recommended him) my a.c. an heat went out. Smh. It's only my daughter and I at my house and I didn't know what to do. After calling MJG heating and air, I explained briefly what happened over the phone and he came out within an hour. He diagnosed the issue and my ac an heat was back working! I highly recommend MJG HEATING AND AIR to anybody! His prices are very reasonable as well.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service provided by MJG Heating & Air. From the beginning, they demonstrated a high level of professionalism, integrity, and respect.

Approximately a year ago, I had a new AC unit installed by another technician, which came with a two-year workmanship warranty and a ten-year replacement warranty. Unfortunately, one year after installation, the system began to freeze. I contacted the original installer under the terms of the workmanship warranty. He initially responded by turning the system off to allow it to defrost—but never returned. Despite multiple follow-ups, he ignored all my messages. To make matters worse, he left water leaking into my kitchen from the AC unit.

Frustrated and in need of help, I turned to my neighborhood app and found MJG Heating & Air. When I spoke with the technician, he was incredibly humble and promised to stop by later that day after finishing an installation job. True to his word, he came that same evening and worked diligently to get my AC system running again.

His professionalism and calm demeanor throughout the process, even when faced with challenges such as issues with my home’s temperature regulator, truly stood out. He treated my family and me with the utmost respect and care—like we were his own family.
