Mitch arrived a few minutes before the scheduled appt. He sent a confirmation text letting me know his exact ETA. He covered his feet when entering to keep my carpet clean. He was very professional and detailed with explaining what system and services I needed. I felt comfortable and confident after he answered all my questions. I will use Peachtree Service Experts for all my heating and cooling needs.

I want to not only value this company as literally I called them because my heat had went out, but they told me it could be 2-4 hours for a tech to get to come out that very same day. I was honestly surprised at that. I called them in the afternoon past 2pm. I was expecting the next day or maybe 3 days later for an appointment. I’ve been in the construction business so I understand last second phone calls. Literally this company had a tech out from 30 minutes of my phone call. Not only that he was 100% real and honest about what needed to be done to my unit. My unit is a very expensive unit and the blower motor went out, the previous home owner replace 75% of the guts but the blower motor wasn’t. I was told that I will need a new furnace unit but expressed how I literally just dropped 38k on a down payment for the house. Mitchell Majette was honest with me and let me know that this fix being made may solve my problems for now but to save as I need to prepare for a a new furnace unit in the future. I respect that 100%. Now I know to have extra money set to the side but for the time being my heat is running. He went above and beyond and it genuinely shows the person he is as well as the company. They could’ve have simply said hey, this is going to cost $4500 to replace and not repair. But he understood my situation and bought me time to save back up. Thank you Mitchell for all you did and prolonging a 21 year unit. Your the champ

My initial contact with a representative from Peachtree Service Experts was very professional. She took my information and provided me a detailed explanation of the initial cost of the service fee. The technician, Tari, arrived within the time frame that I was given and he did a thorough job in getting my system up and running. I was struck by his professionalism and the time he took to explain the work he did on my system. In my opinion he is an asset to the company. Needed to call a second time because the AC again stopped working. This time James came out and determined that the system was low on coolant. So far the system is still running and I am thankful that James correctly diagnosed the issue.
