Jonathon was fantastic. Fixed the problem, clearly explained what he was doing as he did it and told me how to avoid the problem in the future. Was also very friendly and likable.

Scheduling the appt was easy and convenient. The conversation with the person with whom I made the appt was a though we had known each other for years. On the day of my appt. I had to cancel due to an outage in the area and rescheduling was just as easy. Talking with the repairman was just as easy as talking with the person with whom i made the appt. Most importantly, the cost was acceptable. I would definitely recommend services provided by Mr

I cannot rave enough about how incredible our Newnan Mr Appliance technician, Johnathon was today. He came today to fix our dishwasher, and he is just brilliant in so many levels. We can’t thank him enough. So lucky to have found a trustworthy technician. We are grateful. And we were thrilled to also get a next day appointment. Highly recommend, you’ll be glad you called !

The technician was prompt during the appointment window. He accurately diagnosed the problem with my dryer and returned with the correct part. It was fixed right the first time. I highly recommend Mr. Appliance.

We had a dryer belt fix needed and 1st tech came to discover we needed a new belt which had to be ordered. A week later John came back and installed the new belt! Both were exceptionally professional and efficient! They used shoe covers to go up to our utility room to access the dryer. We will call them again for appliance fixes if needed!

Incredible customer service! Purchased a new washer on Thursday and it was auto scheduled to be delivered Friday. The sales manager made accommodations to have it delivered on Friday when I was available. He took great care during removal and installation in a tight space. After set up, he thoroughly tested and demonstrated the features of my new washer. I have never been so excited to do laundry!

Please avoid this company to repair your appliances. They come, they don’t solve the problem of your appliances but they charge $$$$. To be charged over $400 for an issue that was not fixed in the first place. I had to call back several times to the office for the technician to come back and the issued was not finally solved. When finally the technician came back, he found another issue and wanted to charge more.

Professional, fast, job done right the first time. Worked well around customers. - minimized impact to ongoing business functions.

I called in with some washer issues a young lady (Joyce) answered the phone she was very polite and the service was very professional. A text was sent the same day with (Williams) picture and the time he will be arriving. He was also a very polite young man and got the job done.Dressed nicely, shoes covered, clean cut and shirt tucked in. Thank you so much Mr. Appliance of Newnan!!! You guys are now on speed dial for all my appliances needs. 10 out of 10 for me!!

Our repairman called 10 minutes before arriving within the designated time window. He was pleasant, diagnosed problem, replaced switch and left within about 15 minutes. Very good experience.
