I called in with some washer issues a young lady (Joyce) answered the phone she was very polite and the service was very professional. A text was sent the same day with (Williams) picture and the time he will be arriving. He was also a very polite young man and got the job done.Dressed nicely, shoes covered, clean cut and shirt tucked in. Thank you so much Mr. Appliance of Newnan!!! You guys are now on speed dial for all my appliances needs. 10 out of 10 for me!!

Our repairman called 10 minutes before arriving within the designated time window. He was pleasant, diagnosed problem, replaced switch and left within about 15 minutes. Very good experience.

I was really impressed with the follow up from our service technician Tysen. He first worked on our refrigerator with the help from the manufacturers technician. He called back several days later to follow up before I had an opportunity to let them know that the ice maker still wasn’t working. He scheduled the follow up as soon as a new unit was shipped from the manufacturer and promptly replaced the machine and had he problem solved. Rarely do service companies follow up on their work. Really appreciate the service I received

Dennis fixed the problem with our dryer efficiently. He arrived later than the appointment window we were given, which
threw off our plans for the afternoon. We had to call for scheduling updates vs being updated by the company. Bottom line: Dennis knows what he’s doing, he’s a hard worker covering a lot of appointments so plan on staying home until he can catch up and get the job done. *The charge was a little higher than I expected considering there were no replacement parts needed.

From calling Ms Joyce to meeting our technician Blake, everything went well. They are running a good honest business taking care of their customers. I would recommend and definitely call them again.

The technician Tysen came out and was very respectful to myself and my husband. he found the problem quickly with my dryer and ordered the needed part. He was back the next week as promised to install that part.

Never communicated they would be late. When I called to cancel, after the given window, I was told "Oh you are his next stop." With a big family with business schedules; promptness and communication is important and I did not experience either of those things with Mr. Appliance.
