If there was a zero start that’s what he would get. I researched this company and they advertise they close at 11. Called and the rude person answering the phone said “we’re open, I’m answering the phone ain’t I as he was trying to schedule me for an appointment the next day!” I said “oh I thought you was open till 11:00 pm, he said we are and hung up on me.

Leon was prompt, friendly and worked efficiently. I would definitely use them again and would recommend Appliance Service Inc.

I called and told them the issue. They asked if we already took the dryer apart which we had to try and trouble shoot and they just said oh we cant help you and hung up. Super rude. I understand if you can't help, but can you at least explain why?

Victor worked safely and efficiently to find the problem, replace the defective part and clean up after he was done. Very pleased with their professionalism, courtesy and efficiency.

This company will rip you off and damage your property. The appliance serviceman that came out "TODD" not his real name by the way. Damaged my refrigerator on purpose. I had to call the police and make a police report. The company constantly changes their name and have horrible reviews under their previous names. Do not trust this company. They are very dishonest.

Second time I am using BB Atlanta Appliances. One time for my microwave and today for my garbage disposal. Both times the technicians were experts, fixed/installed with no issue, explained everything and most important, prices are truly fair. I will use them again for sure!
