The compressor for the display case for my business blew & I called around to get assistance to no avail until I reached Belinda at Winning Refrigeration. I explained the situation to her and she contacted one of the Technicians. They squeezed me into the schedule the next day. After several hours, the compressor was installed and the display is now working properly. I was charged a fee that did not break the bank. The technician provided excellent customer service & explained each step of the process to me. I highly recommend Winning Refrigeration

I need to replace the water heater. I have been call few different plumbers. they agree to come, but when they see my water heater is 3 feet above the ground, they try to charge me few more hundred dollars. Or they wouldn’t give a try. Finally, I call Winning refrigeration company, the owner come with 2 other employee, they did an amazing job! They are professional and knowledge!!! Specially, the have the lifting tool. And the price is much much much better than the ppl I had called before. Definite worth give it a try.

Originally my appointment for the new air condition is on Saturday. But they call and said they have opening on Friday afternoon. They show up and finished the job within an hour. Clean up all the trash. Really professional job. Thank you so much.

My experience was great. They were awesome with scheduling and communication. The technician was personable as well as professional. He was able to get my system fixed in a timely manner and ensured their return to follow up if any problems remained. I have had no issues with my system since.

In our case, our furnace, evaporator coil, and condenser were all over 20 years old, and the system was no longer cooling effectively. Jack quickly diagnosed this issue after thoroughly inspecting our system. He was a pleasure to work with, and I could tell that his primary concern was not just selling us a new system. After confirming there were no major leaks, he added a slight amount of refrigerant to keep my family cool while we considered replacement. It was evident that he wanted us to be satisfied customers who would return to his business.

Winning Refrigeration's quote was highly competitive and less than one we received from another reputable HVAC company. Belinda and Susan of Winning Refrigeration were also very easy to work with and wonderful with quote and scheduling communication. After careful consideration, we decided to go with Winning Refrigeration. We were not disappointed! Jack and the technician who assisted him were wonderful and installed our system with skill and care, which unfortunately are frequently lacking in many other available installer options. I would highly recommend this company for your residential HVAC needs! They came in and saved the day after another larger company did a poor job charging a crazy price. Our system is up and running and the service was professional and friendly!

Though a little later than originally expected, the technician was thorough and professional. Had my heating issue cleared up and then went through a process of testing everything! Am SUPER satisfied!

Ordered Pine straw online for curbside pickup. Got a text saying to alert them when I arrived, I did, three times, 30 minutes later no one has shown up. Finally call them, they don't apologize and just say they'll call someone and hang up. Super rude.

I've never been so disappointed, stressed out and angry as I have been over the past 5 months from contracting with Home Depot for the rebuild of multiple bathrooms after a plumbing catastrophe. The contractor was dishonest and nonresponsive from Day 1. After dozens of attempts to get Home Depot to respond to my case for assistance I learned that The Home Depot wasn't a good custodian of our money as we were told that they would be. Too bad that I can't give them zero stars. BEWARE!

This is the worst Home Depot my husband and I have ever been to. I would give it zero stars if that were an option. We just bought a house and we decided to go through Home Depot using their services and their credit deal. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER. They have the worst customer service I have ever seen, and they take anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour to even help you. Their supplies are always understocked. They didn't finish our carpeting and instead of coming back to finish for free they wanted to charge us even more for a job that should have been done in the first place! We had to set it up 3 separate times for them to come do the insulation in our attics and they were a no show every time. Do yourself a favor and don't go to this Home Depot.
